Is it possible to send out targeted Ads on consumers’s mobiles that have been exposed to Astral’s outdoor advertising?

What is the minimum buy a client has to buy for impactful results?
There is no good answer for that question, because it depends on too many details we need to consider. Some clients will only buy one face well located, some others will prefer to target a specific city, or spread out their campaign across the country. It depends on your budget, on your target, on the city (cities) your campaign takes place in and if you want to do a special project or not. Reach out to your account manager for more information on your specific projects to have a better idea. What is COMMB and what are they doing?
COMMB (Canadian Out of Home Marketing and Measurement Bureau) is the national organization for the Canadian out-of-home industry. They are responsible for developing and verifying audience measurement methodologies, providing audience data and planning resources, marketing and communications, government relations and member services. Astral is an active out-of-home member and firmly believes that COMMB methodologies and high standards on the information they provide on audience measurement are accurate and transparent. Are we able to measure out-of-home advertising?

What is the minimal delay to reserve an out-of-home advertising space?
The minimum time required before seeing your ad on a digital board is 5 business days from the moment we have the visual in hands, as we need to make sure that it respects the technical specifications. For conventional static boards, we recommend a minimum delay of 15 business days. For all special projects, we ask for a minimum delay of 20 business days.
