Bell Media Gift Card Terms and Conditions

When you buy or redeem a gift card, you agree to these conditions and our Privacy Policy, which we may change from time to time by posting a new version. Check this page periodically for changes.
- DEFINITION OF A GIFT CARD
A “Gift Card” is issued by Bell Media Inc. (“Bell Media”) and can only be redeemed against charges for eligible subscriptions purchased from Bell Media (“Subscription”), subject to their own terms. A Gift Card cannot be applied against charges for subscriptions purchased through third parties, such as a TV provider or through in-app purchase.
- BUYING A GIFT CARD
Gift Cards can be bought from Bell Media or any authorized third party retailer. Gift Cards are like cash and you should treat them accordingly such as keeping the Gift Card’s PIN code confidential. You or the recipient
of the Gift Card are responsible for any risk of loss. We will not replace Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, deleted or misaddressed.
- REDEEMING A GIFT CARD
To redeem the Gift Card, you must:
- Be of legal age or have a parent or legal guardian’s consent and supervision if you are minor;
- Be located in Canada;
- Have a personal user account (“Bell Media Account”) which can be set up at account.bellmedia.ca;
- Select a Subscription (unless you have one) and add the Gift Card as a payment method – you may also be required to add another payment method, such as a valid credit card.
Once redeemed, the full value of the Gift Card is credited to your Bell Media Account and remains there until depleted by Subscription charges and taxes. Gift Cards not redeemed will not expire.
- RESTRICTIONS
(a) Each Gift Card may only be redeemed once.
(b) Gift Cards are not refundable, except as required by law.
(c) Gift Cards may not be resold or exchanged for cash.
(d) Gift Cards cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, contests, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes.
- CANCELLATION
We may cancel or suspend a Gift Card if we suspect it was obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms and we are not responsible for any losses this may cause.
