“…YOUNGER deserves a spot on your must-binge list.” – Time Out New York

TORONTO (January 21, 2016) – Some things get better with age. The sharp and sexy series YOUNGER, which the Huffington Post calls “the best show about 20-somethings on TV,” moves to E! for its second season, premiering Monday, Feb. 1 at 9 p.m. ET. Written and executive produced by entertainment icon Darren Star, YOUNGER follows Liza (two-time Tony®-winner Sutton Foster, Anything Goes), a 40-year-old woman who pretends to be 26 in order to get a job in the highly competitive world of publishing – and succeeds.

In Season 2, now working under the prickly Diana (Miriam Shor, THE GOOD WIFE), Liza has to figure out how to balance her real life with best friend Maggie (Debi Mazar, ENTOURAGE), and her “pretend” life with her new crew – including friend and coworker Kelsey (Hilary Duff, GOSSIP GIRL). After Liza let her secret slip to sexy young tattoo artist Josh (Nico Tortorella, THE FOLLOWING) at the end of the first season, she must now try to salvage their relationship, all while navigating a confusing chemistry with her boss Charles (Peter Hermann, BLUE BLOODS ), and dealing with her daughter Caitlin’s (Tessa Albertson, About Ray) return from studying abroad

Season 2 boasts an impressive list of guest stars, including Matthew Morrison (GLEE) as a reclusive author, Camryn Manheim (THE PRACTICE) as a psychologist pitching a life guidebook to people in their 20s, and returning guest star Martha Plimpton (RAISING HOPE), as a former colleague who blackmailed Liza (Foster) in Season 1. Also guest starring are Bobby Flay (THROWDOWN WITH BOBBY FLAY), Ice-T (LAW & ORDER: SVU), Michael Urie (UGLY BETTY), and more.

In the Season 2 premiere (Monday, Feb. 1 at 9 p.m. ET on E!), the stakes are higher than ever as one more person knows Liza’s secret. Liza and Josh continue to evaluate their relationship now that he knows the truth, while Kelsey, still in the dark, takes command at work. Maggie begins a surprising new relationship, and Diana finally tries to make things happen with Charles, but her timing is terrible.
