Historians and sociologists give insights into Owens’ lifeboth during and after the Berlin Olympics, from his four gold medals and hisso-called friendship with German athlete Luz Long, to his curious role in thefamous 1968 Olympic protests in Mexico City.

Maria and Erik(a), along with experts inthe field, raise profound and jaw-dropping truths about gender, and question ifit’s possible, in certain cases, to even scientifically test for gender.
