 	The HBO Original limited series DTF ST. LOUIS, from creator Steven Conrad (PATRIOT), debuts Sunday, March 1 at 9 p.m. ET. Starring Jason Bateman, David Harbour, Linda Cardellini, Richard Jenkins, Joy Sunday, Arlan Ruf, Peter Sarsgaard, and Chris Perfetti, the series follows a love triangle between three adults experiencing middle-age malaise that leads to one of them ending up dead. DTF ST. TORONTO (February 25, 2026) – The past has found its way back to the Crossing. CTV Original drama series SULLIVAN’S CROSSING returns for a highly anticipated fourth season Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, beginning March 22, and streaming next day on Crave. Based on the New York Times best-selling novels by author Robyn Carr, the hit series stars Morgan Kohan (WHEN HOPE CALLS) and Chad Michael Murray (ONE TREE HILL). Set and filmed in Nova Scotia in the communities of Halifax, Hubbards, Sackville, Mount Uniake, and Mi’kmaq First Nations territories, among others, Season 4 consists of 10, one-hour episodes.

Fans of the series have come to expect an emotional rollercoaster, but nothing could have prepared them for the shocking arrival of Maggie’s ex, Liam (Marcus Rosner), at the end of Season 3. In Season 4, Maggie (Morgan Kohan) sets her sights on a new vision for her career, and a renewed commitment to Cal (Chad Michael Murray), only to be blindsided by Liam’s sudden reappearance, which threatens to disrupt Maggie’s plans. On the Season 4 premiere of SULLIVAN’S CROSSING, “Curveballs” (Sunday, March 22 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV and streaming next day on Crave), having decided on a new direction for her career and with a renewed commitment to Cal, Maggie Sullivan’s life at the Crossing is finally taking shape until Maggie’s ex-husband, Liam, arrives with a shocking revelation which only upends Maggie’s life once again and causes Cal to question whether Maggie will ever truly be able to leave her past behind. Shaken by Liam’s arrival, Maggie looks into getting him the paperwork he needs, while Cal finds himself wondering why Liam is really there. In one of the early episodes of the newly rebooted SCRUBS, it is revealed that Dr. Elliot Reid, played by Sarah Chalke, has a particular bathroom dilemma.

You know those paper-towel dispensers that operate on sensors? Well, they never work for Elliot. She waves, and waves, and waves her hands … nothing ever happens.

Dr. J.D. Dorian, played by Zach Braff, has a theory, of course. He believes the problem is that Elliot has “cold pasty death mitts.” That’s quite a harsh diagnosis for Elliot, or the many others in this world who are regularly thwarted by those frustrating devices.

“That’s a good point, I hadn’t thought about it that way,” Chalke said. “All the people who are watching this might be going, ‘wait … do I have that?’”

Cold pasty death mitts aside, the new SCRUBS – which premieres Wednesday, Feb. 25 with two episodes on CTV, and streaming the next day on Crave – is hoping for a warm and welcoming round of applause.

The original SCRUBS, created by Bill Lawrence, tickled funnybones from 2001 to 2010, and all nine of those seasons are also dropping on Crave on Wednesday, Feb. 25. So, the most logical question for Chalke is, why now? Why not have a revival five years ago, or five years further down the line?

“I think it was the right amount of time away,” said Chalke, who was born in Ottawa, and grew up in North Vancouver, B.C. “You sometimes see revivals and reboots that happen just a couple of years after the original show ends. But I think this gave everybody time to grow up, and it provides us the opportunity to tell a different story.”

Chalke continued, “I think the cool part is where we find Elliott, and J.D., and Turk (played by Donald Faison). All of them have become really good doctors, and leaders, and teachers in their own way. Stuff is going on in other areas of their lives, but in their jobs they’re really good. And that frees up space for a whole new group of interns.”

There was also a very practical factor when it came to “why now?”

“We could all do it,” Chalke said. “It was really important to all of us that if we were going to come back and do it, that everyone could be involved. It was just kind of magical timing that it worked out.”

It’s certainly a different world for doctors and hospitals now than it was in 2001 when the original SCRUBS premiered, or even in 2010 when it ended its first run.

Many people who arrive in emergency rooms these days have already done some sort of online investigation of their symptoms, and have very strong opinions about what the problem might be. And doctors and hospitals are wide open to receiving nasty online reviews if a patient is not satisfied with the speed or the quality of care that has been provided.

“Totally, and one of our biggest priorities in the original run, and in this one, is having it be accurate for doctors,” Chalke said. “I remember the American Medical Association, I think, said at the time that SCRUBS, even though it was a comedy, was actually the most medically accurate show. For this new version, Bill (Lawrence) and the writers went to great lengths to interview doctors and find out, how has it changed? What’s different? For example, you can’t talk to young doctors the same way that Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) did 25 years ago. How do we address that? Doctors have to take breaks now, and there’s a mental wellness aspect to it. There's an actual person working at the hospital who’s in charge of that, played by the incredible Vanessa Bayer.”

So the goal for the new SCRUBS was to have the returning characters and the setting be familiar for loyal fans, but to firmly plant the show in 2026.

“We really wanted to figure out how to thread that needle,” Chalke said. “Because obviously the original SCRUBS got broader over the seasons that we did it. The comedy got very broad. But now in 2026 it's much more of a grounded, real comedy. We wanted to find a way to give people SCRUBS, but also have these characters be grounded in reality, and grown up, and then use the opportunity for some fantasy sequences to kind of escape from that.”

All things considered, slipping back into Elliot’s hospital attire felt very natural for Chalke, despite all the time that has passed.

“You know, I started this job when I was 24, and did it for the rest of my 20s, so to step into the character 25 years later, it felt so seamless and natural,” she said. “I learned everything about comedy from Bill (Lawrence) in that first run. He would come to set every rehearsal and give us notes and say, ‘try this joke, say it like this, let's drop that line.’ Just to watch somebody with that kind of comedic brain was certainly my training ground. And to work with people who were as talented as that cast felt like a once-in-a-lifetime job. So to do it again? It's super lucky.”

TORONTO (February 23, 2026) – TSN’s beloved weekday sports talk show, OVERDRIVE Presented by FanDuel, celebrates its 10th anniversary today, marking a decade of being an afternoon staple on Canada’s Sports Leader.  

As Canada’s #1 sports talk show, OVERDRIVE has provided fans with a decade’s worth of entertaining insights into life in the sports world, including interviews with players, coaches, reporters, and industry insiders, along with a healthy dose of hilarious banter from hosts Bryan Hayes, Jamie “Noodles” McLennan, and Jeff “The O-Dog” O’Neill. 

“Hitting the 10-year mark means the world to us and we don’t take it lightly. We’re so lucky to be able to turn the mics on every day and shoot from the hip,” said Hayes. “The longevity of OVERDRIVE is built on the way we try to attack every topic with energy and enthusiasm. We have great chemistry, and we’ve grown a lot over 10 years, but the core principle of the show hasn’t changed a bit: have fun. We’re still having a blast.” 

“The memories all blend together because we’ve blinked and it’s been 10 years,” said McLennan. “The show works because it’s three friends talking openly and honestly about everything: sports, pop culture, our own experiences, and silly things that happen in daily life. With the respect the three of us have for each other, and with our great fans along for the ride, it still feels like we’re going strong.”

TORONTO (February 18, 2026) – With production now underway, Crave today announced the principal cast for its first, half-hour, original drama series, YAGA, led by Carrie-Anne Moss (THE MATRIX), Noah Reid (SCHITT’S CREEK), Clark Backo (LETTERKENNY), and Hudson Williams (HEATED RIVALRY).

Based on the hit play by Kat Sandler, who also serves as writer and showrunner, the Crave Original series reimagines the myth of Baba Yaga, as a contemporary mystery thriller set in a small coastal town. Produced by Front Street Pictures and Blink49 Studios in partnership with Crave, YAGA is co-directed by David Frazee and Rachel Talalay, with principal photography currently underway.

YAGA follows Rapp (Noah Reid), a private investigator who arrives in a small coastal town to investigate the disappearance of a young heir to a powerful fishery, Henry Park (Hudson Williams). The series marks a significant collaboration between Bell Media and Blink49 Studios, following Bell Media's strategic investment in the Toronto-based production studio announced in June 2025. Bell Media and Blink49 Studios previously partnered on docuseries QUEEN OF THE CASTLE, and scripted series including DON’T EVEN, LATE BLOOMER, SIGHT UNSEEN, and THE TRADES.

Produced by Front Street Pictures and Blink49 Studios, showrunner is Kat Sandler; co-directors are David Frazee and Rachel Talalay. The series is executive produced by Mackenzie Donaldson, Andrew Miller and Carrie-Anne Moss and produced by Charles Cooper.

The series is distributed internationally by Sphere Abacus and will also be available as four, one-hour episodes for international sales.

FEBRUARY 19 – HBO Original Two-Part Documentary MURDER IN GLITTERBALL CITY  

 	From award-winning filmmakers Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato, this two-part documentary chronicles a 2010 murder case that starts with a 911 phone call that leads police to the gruesome discovery of a body buried in the basement of a Victorian mansion in Louisville, Kentucky. As two men face police interrogators, a story emerges of twisted liaisons. Each partner points an accusatory finger at the other and their respective accounts brim with glaring inconsistencies and false allegations. As two separate murder trials unfold, key pieces of video evidence emerge, subverting expectations about suspects Joey Banis and Jeffrey Mundt. The story is told through the lens of the community, as friends, neighbors, police, attorneys join the author of the book in sharing their perspectives. Part 1 debuts Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8 p.m. ET, followed immediately by Part 2 at 9:20 p.m. ET

FEBRUARY 20 – Crave Original Series JUDGE TYCO SPECIAL: TOUCHED BY A PRINCE *Special Premiere* 

 	Toronto’s most notorious official unofficial judge returns in a brand new 30-minute special, taking his brand of justice beyond the courtroom. Judge Tyco first exploded online in 2019 in a web series from Jae and Trey Richards, produced with Much Studios. Now Tyco returns with a 30-minute special case that’s as confusing as it is telling. It’s not just a simple disagreement--it’s two versions of one moment colliding, leaving Tyco to decide whose memory owns the real story. Scott v. Prince. Prince, a returning character from the original series, is back for this showdown, adding bigger threats and bigger confusion. Scott claims Prince hit him. Prince claims he didn’t touch him… he did give him a gentle haymaker. Whatever that means? The special keeps the bold, streetwise Toronto humour fans love, now sharpened for a wider audience, and this time, the show isn’t confined to just the courtroom. Judge Tyco is on the loose and at large.

 	An engaging (and periodically serious) look at hospital work through the eyes of a young intern, coping with unusual challenges presented by colleagues as well as patients. MONTRÉAL (February 17, 2026) – Astral, a division of Bell Media, announced today that Emilie Kvist, a Montréal-based interdisciplinary artist, is the winner of the second annual Prochaine Station art competition. Kvist is currently completing a master's degree in fine arts at Concordia University. Her work explores the expansion of traditional print media into realms such as sculpture, instillation, and community engagement, often through experimental processes. 

The competition gives Montréal art students the chance to take over one of the most famous transit hubs, Berri-UQAM station, by exhibiting one of their creations on the station’s largest mural. The opportunity revitalizes the station, designed to foster artistic expression and enhance the passenger experience within the Montréal metro system. Students were invited to submit original artwork that fits this year’s theme: “Montréal, a vibrant heart.” The winning artist earned a $1,000 cash prize and the opportunity for their artwork to be featured in Berri-UQAM station, and throughout the STM network from February 9 to March 8, 2026. 

“Building on the momentum of last year’s launch, the second annual Prochaine Station art competition continues to champion emerging student artists and celebrate the creativity that animates Montréal,” said Eliane Tremblay, Director of Real Estate and Business Development at Bell Media. “Through our ongoing collaboration with Transgesco, we’re proud to bring meaningful artistic expression into shared urban spaces and open the door for the next generation of creators.”
