Toronto, ON (February 4, 2014) – The nominees for the 2014 JUNO Awards were announced by The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) at a press conference in Toronto this morning, as Canada’s top artists now get ready for a trip to Manitoba during JUNO Week in Winnipeg, March 24 – March 30, 2014.

Arcade Fire garnered a leading six nominations: JUNO Fan Choice*, Single of the Year, Album of the Year*, Group of the Year, Songwriter of the Year* and Alternative Album of the Year*.
 
Close behind with five nods were Michael Bublé (JUNO Fan Choice*, Single of the Year, Album of the Year*, Artist of the Year, Pop Album of the Year*) and Serena Ryder (JUNO Fan Choice*, Single of the Year, Album of the Year*, Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year*).
 
Artists with four nods each are Céline Dion (JUNO Fan Choice*, Album of the Year*, Artist of the Year, Adult Contemporary Album of the Year), Drake (JUNO Fan Choice*, Album of the Year*, Artist of the Year, Rap Recording of the Year), Hedley (JUNO Fan Choice*, Group of the Year, Pop Album of the Year*, Video of the Year*) and Tegan and Sara (Single of the Year, Group of the Year, Songwriter of the Year*, Pop Album of the Year*).
 
This year’s triple nominees are Robin Thicke (JUNO Fan Choice*, Artist of the Year and Pop Album of the Year*) and Walk Off The Earth (JUNO Fan Choice*, Group of the Year and Pop Album of the Year*).
