TORONTO (December 7, 2015) – For the first time in its history, the CHUM FM WISH BREAKFAST decamps from downtown Toronto as 104.5 CHUM FM’s Roger & Marilyn take the annual fundraising event on the road to Living Arts Centre Mississauga (4141 Living Arts Drive) in support of the CP24 CHUM CHRISTMAS WISH. Taking place Friday, Dec. 11 from 5:30-9 a.m., the “fun” in fundraising takes on epic proportions as 104.5 CHUM FM features an exclusive, live performance by Grammy® Award-winning artist Nate Ruess, best known as the lead vocalist of indie pop band Fun.
Throughout the sold out event, CHUM FM will collect new, unwrapped toys and financial donations on location, with 100% of the proceeds going to the CP24 CHUM CHRISTMAS WISH. Attendees can enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast provided by the Living Arts Centre Mississauga.

Listeners of 104.5 CHUM FM can take part in the campaign, running now through Thursday December 24 at 12 noon ET, by dropping off a new, unwrapped toy or making a financial donation at any RBC branch across the GTA, in the lobby of CP24 and CHUM FM headquarters (299 Queen Street W., Toronto), or at the Wish Warehouse (1366 Blundell Road, Mississauga).
About the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish The CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish was originally established in 1966 as CHUM’s Kid’s Crusade Foundation, for the purpose of assisting children in need and children’s charities.
