TORONTO (October 12, 2022) Bell Media revealed today an expanded multiplatform slate of genre-spanning original programming to be made available worldwide this fall. Adding eight titles to Bell Media Distribution’s growing roster, the offering includes the newly announced unscripted series EAST HARBOUR HEROES (Discovery) and STAYING INN: HOTEL JULIE (CTV Life). The news comes ahead of MIPCOM 2022, the world’s largest television market. Shooting now with host Mena Massoud, the previously announced EVOLVING VEGAN also joins Bell Media Distribution’s robust slate of unscripted titles currently available to broadcasters and platforms in more than 100 markets worldwide, including all five titles in  Discovery’s “MIGHTY” franchise, MUD MOUNTAIN HAULERS, PETS & PICKERS,  Crave’s WE’RE ALL GOING TO DIE (EVEN JAY BARUCHEL), and more “Bell Media Distribution’s growing slate reaffirms our commitment to build strategic partnerships between homegrown creators and first-rate buyers worldwide,” said Pat DiVittorio, Vice-President, CTV & Specialty Programming, and General Manager, Discovery Networks. “We are excited to highlight top-shelf scripted and unscripted Canadian content for international audiences to enjoy across multiple platforms.” Brian Blazik, Senior Lead, Content & Sales, will represent Bell Media Distribution at MIPCOM.   • For CTV Life, the newly announced STAYING INN: HOTEL JULIE (10 x 30). Currently in production, this design series follows Autumn Hachey and her team as they transform a nine-suite historic Stratford inn into a luxury short-term rental property. Produced by Alibi Entertainment.
  • EAST HARBOUR HEROES (10 x 60) for Discovery. The newly announced series follows the non-stop, courageous work of the people tasked with keeping the shipping lanes clear, container ships stocked, and the goods flowing in and out of the harbour of St. John’s, Newfoundland. It’s a 365 day a year, 24/7 operation that helps keeps international ships moving, the nation largest fishing fleet afloat, and the island’s economy thriving. Produced by Attraction.
  • From Bell Media Studios, the all-new food, travel, and adventure series hosted by Mena Massoud, EVOLVING VEGAN (6 x 60). The series is currently in production, and set to launch on CTV Life and Crave in 2023; Seasons 1 and 2 of Crave’s boundary-pushing 1 QUEEN 5 QUEERS, hosted by Brooke Lynn Hytes (16 x 30); and THE MIGHTIEST (6 x 60), a spinoff of the long running “Mighty” franchise, launching this fall on Discovery.
  • Centering around the employees and patrons of a lowly branch of the public library, CTV’s upcoming single-camera comedy SHELVED (8 x 30) is from THE OFFICE’s Anthony Q. Farrell. Produced by Counterfeit Pictures.
  • Hosted and executive produced by Jay Baruchel, Season 1 of Crave’s apocalyptic docu-series WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE (EVEN JAY BARUCHEL), available in English and French (6 x 30). Produced by 90th Parallel Productions.
From Great Pacific Media, the makers of HIGHWAY THRU HELL, Season 2 of MUD MOUNTAIN HAULERS (8 x 60), launching this fall on Discovery. Production is currently underway on Season 3.
