– Strategy rolls out across TV, Audio, Digital, and Out-of-Home (OOH) to enhance advertiser agility for more impactful results –

To post this release: https://thelede.ca/8utlqs TORONTO (August 5, 2025) – Bell Media announced today new, more flexible terms across TV, Audio, Digital, and Out-of-Home (OOH), making it easier for advertisers to plan and activate campaigns across platforms. With a growing cohort of clients leaning into multiplatform strategies, these unified terms streamline the buying process — driving greater efficiency, faster execution, and more flexibility. Cross-platform campaigns boost awareness, ROI, and efficiencies, and with Bell Media reaching 98% of Canadians every month, advertisers can deliver powerful impact at unmatched scale. Effective immediately, the terms give advertisers more flexibility with shorter commitment windows, allowing for seamless planning and reduced risk. As well, advertisers gain access to specialist teams with platform-specific insights. With these new terms, Bell Media continues to be at the forefront of comprehensive reach, connecting with target markets, and driving business results.   Term Highlights include:
  • TV flexibility: Change or cancel campaigns with 14 days’ notice (down from four weeks), enabling faster pivots in strategy and messaging
  • New OOH flexibility tiers:  New tiers are tailored to product types, 14 days on most digital and 30 days on static posters; half the previous notice period
  • Audio and digital remains nimble: With seven-day notice, terms continue to offer unmatched speed to market
“Along with more flexibility, we’re offering clients more insights, which combine to maximize impact and ROI,” said Matt McGowan, SVP, Business Solutions. “In addition to the deep category knowledge our team brings to the table, we are making it easier to do business with Bell Media.”  “These changes reflect Bell Media’s commitment to being a responsive, collaborative partner,” said Michele Erskine, VP, Out-of-Home. “We will continue to evolve with our advertiser’s business, and the market’s needs.”  Flexibility across all platforms makes it easier to plan and adjust integrated campaigns, including on national TV, local radio, or dynamic OOH activations. With shorter commitment windows, advertisers can test, learn, and optimize with less upfront risk. These terms are ideal for seasonal, event-driven, or performance-based campaigns where timing is critical.
