Recognizing and honouring the children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada, Bell Media Studios shows its support for Indigenous individuals and communities across the country on Orange Shirt Day, Wednesday, Sept. 30 on CTV. Demonstrating support through action, talent from ETALK, THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW, THE SOCIAL, and YOUR MORNING will wear orange clothing on-air and will speak to the cause, designed to educate people and promote awareness about the residential school system in Canada and its lasting impact on Indigenous communities. In addition, Bell Media Studios welcomes special guests, including comedian and broadcaster, Candy Palmater who joins THE SOCIAL as guest co-host, and Devery Jacobs who joins ETALK to speak about the day’s importance and her new film, The Lie.
