As announced last month, TSN’s exclusive broadcast of the BIOSTEEL ALL CANADIAN BASKETBALL GAME features 24 of the top high school basketball players from across the country, including Virginia Tech commit Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Syracuse commit Oshae Brissett, Oregon commit Abu Kigab, and many more. The showcase game features two teams coached by John Campbell (University of Toronto) and Chris Cheng (Nipissing University). Additionally, University of Pittsburgh commit Shamiel Stevenson (Hillcrest Prep) has been selected to the BIOSTEEL ALL CANADIAN BASKETBALL GAME to replace Emmanuel Akot, who is unable to participate due to injury. In the event a replacement player is needed, the roster spot in question is awarded to the player with the next highest number of votes, as determined by the selection committee. TSN’s broadcast team for the BIOSTEEL ALL CANADIAN BASKETBALL GAME features award-winning play-by-play commentator Rod Black alongside NBA ON TSN analyst Leo Rautins, a member of the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame. TSN’s Kate Beirness hosts the network’s coverage of the game, live from the University of Toronto’s Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport.
