Bravo Presents a Holiday Feast of Movies and Marathons This December

– Bravo unwraps the AGENT X CATCH-UP MARATHON leading up to the Season 1 finale, December 29 –

TORONTO (December 2, 2014) – Bravo serves up a seasonal treat with a schedule full of Christmas movies, blockbuster marathons, and episodes of fan-favourite series. The festive cheer is underway with CHRISTMAS WEEKDAY MOVIES beginning at 6 a.m. ET every weekday morning until Friday, Dec. 18. Beginning Saturday, Dec. 19, the gifting continues with five full days of holiday programming as the CHRISTMAS MOVIE MARATHON kicks off at 6 a.m. ET. Featuring the Bravo premiere of the classic Tim Burton film THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, the CHRISTMAS MOVIE MARATHON runs until Wednesday, Dec. 23. Then on Christmas Eve at 6 a.m. ET, viewers can cozy up to a FAMILY BLOCKBUSTER MARATHON featuring the Bravo premieres of the first three films in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series. Over the holidays, viewers catch up on some of Bravo’s hottest series. The PARTNERS IN CRIME MARATHON gives mystery-loving viewers the chance to revisit this critically-acclaimed Agatha Christie drama with all six episodes airing back-to-back beginning Saturday, Dec. 26 at 1 p.m. ET. Then on Tuesday, Dec. 29 Bravo delivers the AGENT X CATCH-UP MARATHON, airing the first eight episodes of AGENT X, the  Sharon Stone led action drama, beginning at 1 p.m. ET leading into the premiere of an all-new episode at 9 p.m. ET, followed by season finale at 10 p.m. ET. On Wednesday, Dec. 3 beginning at 4 p.m. ET,  viewers can revisit the first five episodes of Season 2 of LEGENDS starring Sean Bean, with the LEGENDS CATCH-UP MARATHON before an all-new episode at 9 p.m. ET. Bravo rings in the New Year with eight days of movie marathons featuring high-octane favourites and classic rom-coms. The men kicking butt for the MEN OF ACTION MARATHON, which includes the likes of Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, and Sylvester Stallone, don’t experience joint pain, they inflict it. Beginning Sunday, Dec. 27 at 6 a.m. ET, this marathon includes testosterone-fuelled favourites such as ESCAPE PLAN; THE EXPENDABLES and THE EXPENDABLES 2; and CRIMSON TIDE. Then, hearts are aflutter with the NEW YEAR, NEW LOVE MARATHON beginning Thursday, Dec. 31 at 5:10 a.m. ET. Featuring some all-time favourite romance movies such as NOTTING HILL, WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING, WHEN HARRY MET SALLY…, SPLASH, and the Bravo premiere of GREEN CARD. CHRISTMAS WEEKDAY MOVIES include SIGNED, SEAL DELIVERED FOR CHRISTMAS (Friday, Dec. 4 at 6 a.m. ET), BEST CHRISTMAS PARTY EVER (Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 6 a.m. ET), MISTLETOE OVER MANHATTAN (Friday, Dec. 11 at 6 a.m. ET), and ANGELS AND ORNAMENTS (Monday, Dec. 14 at 6 a.m. ET). CHRISTMAS MOVIE MARATHONS Saturday, Dec. 19 – Wednesday, Dec. 23 from 6 a.m. – 6 a.m. There’s no shortage of holiday cheer with five days of non-stop Christmas movies. Beginning bright and early at 6 a.m. ET with THE CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT there’s something for everyone from the Bravo premiere of Tim Burton’s haunting classic THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS (Tuesday, Dec. 22 at 8 a.m. ET) to the hilarious ELF starring Will Farrell (Wednesday, Dec. 23 at 4 p.m. ET). FAMILY BLOCKBUSTER MARATHON Thursday, Dec. 24 – Sunday, Dec. 27 from 6 a.m.3:30 p.m. Viewers can cozy up with family-favourite films beginning Thursday, Dec. 24 at 6 a.m. ET with E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL. The jam-packed schedule also features BEETLEJUICE (Dec. 24 at 8:35 a.m. ET), CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY (Dec. 24 at 1 p.m. ET), the first three films in both the Pirates Of The Caribbean and Jurassic Park series, and the complete Back to the Future trilogy. PARTNERS IN CRIME MARATHON Saturday, Dec. 26 from 1 p.m.8:30 p.m. Bravo is on the case this holiday season with Agatha Christie’s classic characters Tommy (David Walliams, LITTLE BRITIAN) and Tuppence Beresford (Jessica Raine, CALL THE MIDWIFE) for the PARTNERS IN CRIME MARATHON. The intrigue begins at 1 p.m. ET as Bravo airs all six parts of the miniseries. MEN OF ACTION MOVIE MARATHON Sunday, Dec. 27 – Wednesday, Dec. 30 from 3:30 p.m.1:05 a.m. This high octane marathon goes into high gear Sunday, Dec. 27 beginning with THE FUGITIVE at 3:30 p.m. ET and features TAKEN 2 (Dec. 27 at 9 p.m. ET), THE EXPENDABLES (Dec. 28 at 9 p.m. ET), CRIMSON TIDE (Dec. 29 at 11 p.m. ET) UNDER SIEGE (Dec. 30 at 10:50 a.m. ET), and so many more.
