sits down with four-time EMMY® award-winning director John Kastner. His new documentary, Not Criminally Responsible, premieres at Hot Docs on April 28 and explores the minds of mentally ill people who have committed an act of violence and are found to be not criminally responsible.
HOARDING HELP: Hoarding expert Dr. Peggy Richter from Sunnybrook Hospital discusses the treatment for and ongoing research of Canadians who hoard.
