

RDS and Montreal Canadiens Announce 12-Year Regional Broadcast Rights Deal

As of 9 a.m. this Saturday, the 2014 World Junior Hockey Championship is back in full swing with both semifinal games. In order to access the ultimate game of the tournament, Team Canada will need to take out the Finnish team during their face off broadcasted live Saturday at 1 p.m. ET on RDS.
The Bronze and Gold medal games will be broadcasted live this Sunday at 9 a.m. ET and 1 p.m. ET respectively.
Broadcast schedule for the 2014 World Junior Hockey Championship’s games on RDS:
• Semifinal #1: Sweden vs. Russia Saturday, January 4th at 9 a.m. ET
• Semifinal #2: Canada vs. Finland Saturday, January 4th at 1 p.m. ET
• Bronze medal game Sunday, January 5th at 9 a.m. ET
• Gold medal game Sunday, January 5th at 1 p.m.* ET
• Gold medal game (ENCORE) Sunday, January 5th at 8 p.m. ET
