TORONTO (January 20, 2015) – Workplace hijinks continue on The Comedy Network this winter with the return of fan-favourites GROUND FLOOR and SIRENS. It all begins Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT with the Season 2 premiere of romantic comedy GROUND FLOOR, following the ups and downs of an inter-office relationship between hot-shot money manager Brody (Skylar Astin, Pitch Perfect) and maintenance department head Jenny (Briga Heelan, COUGAR TOWN). Season 2 of SIRENS premieres Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT with the return of Chicago’s finest EMT trio Johnny (Michael Mosley, LONGMIRE), Hank (Kevin Daniels, MODERN FAMILY), and Brian (Kevin Bigley, BONES). The return of the 10-episode, half-hour series GROUND FLOOR sees Brody (Astin) attempt to get back in the good graces of Mansfield (John C. McGinley, SCRUBS), and regain his place on top of the corporate ladder. Season 1 of GROUND FLOOR amassed a loyal following, reaching 1.8 million viewers in its first season. The show increased Comedy’s audience in the timeslot by 44% throughout its run. From Executive Producers Denis Leary (RESCUE ME) and Bob Fisher (Wedding Crashers), the 10-episode, half-hour comedy SIRENS shows the loveable, self-destructive emergency medical technicians who excel at their profession, but struggle with their own personal endeavours. SIRENS was the #1 new series on Comedy, increasing audience in its timeslot by a whopping 73%. Throughout its run, it reached 499,000 viewers each week, and a total of 2.7 million viewers.

Getting back in Mansfield’s good books will be harder than Brody ever imagined, especially now that the number smart (but people challenged) Lindsay has already taken his place. In the Season 2 premiere of SIRENS, “Superdick,” (Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT), Johnny finds a perfect apartment to share with Theresa (Jessica McNamee, PACKED TO THE RAFTERS) thanks to a landlord with a nut allergy.
