Ahead of the series’ Season 5 premiere on November 21, Crave announced today that the wildly popular series has been renewed for a sixth season, joining Crave’s ever-growing library of original DRAG RACE content, which also includes CANADA’S DRAG RACE: CANADA VS. THE WORLD and the upcoming SLAYCATION. Canadian drag artists looking to flaunt their distinct brand of Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent on Season 6 can submit their applications now at https://www.canadasdragracecasting.com/. Applicants must be at least 19 years of age as of October 17, 2024, and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Since premiering in 2020, CANADA’S DRAG RACE has taken home 17 Canadian Screen Awards, and continues to resonate with Crave audiences as one of the Top 3 best-performing Canadian series in Crave history*. Season 5 of CANADA’S DRAG RACE premieres Thursday, Nov. 21 at 9 p.m. ET, and is also available on World of Wonder’s SVOD platform WOW Presents Plus in the U.S., and in 190 territories around the world.
