Crave Hooks Up with Bomanizer for its New Original Comedy Series, MADE FOR TV WITH BOMAN MARTINEZ-REID

TORONTO (August 9, 2023) – Having just been highlighted in Variety’s Power of Young Hollywood Impact Report, Toronto-based content creator Boman Martinez-Reid is set to star in the newly ordered Crave Original comedy series, MADE FOR TV WITH BOMAN MARTINEZ-REID. The six-episode, 30-minute comedy series is produced by Alibi Entertainment.
Fusing elements of sitcoms, mockumentaries, and reality shows, each episode follows Martinez-Reid as he tackles a new genre of television with the help of celebrity advisors and “real” people. From reality star to news reporter, his journey to find his “genre” becomes both professional and personal, as he turns his failures to successes, and finds friendships in the strangest of places.

Martinez-Reid is a Canadian comedy sensation, actor, and producer whose TikTok persona and parodies of reality TV and other dramatizations, have catapulted him to fame. From walking red carpets with some of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities, to being a judge on the Crave original series, CANADA’S DRAG RACE, he has become a household name with individuals under the age of 30. With more than 2 million followers on his TikTok account “Bomanizer,” he’s ready to bring his funny, charming, and witty personality to the world of television in MADE FOR TV WITH BOMAN MARTINEZ-REID.
MADE FOR TV WITH BOMAN MARTINEZ-REID is set to shoot on location in Toronto, with additional casting details to be announced soon.
