CTV and The Little Potato Company announced today the winner of the $10,000 culinary challenge, crowning Dae Andrew Rickets-Dunn as the champion on THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW. Today’s 30-minute cook-off, judged by MasterChef Canada’s Michael Bonacini and The Little Potato Company’s CEO and Co-Founder Angela Santiago, saw the Top 2 finalists, Mel Higginson and Rickets-Dunn, go head-to-head with Higginson making a spicy chorizo and potato taco and Rickets-Dunn preparing supreme vegan little potatoes. Concluding the fifth consecutive year of the culinary challenge, CTV and The Little Potato Company thank entrants from across the country who participated in the competition’s entry period which began Sept. 30. The pool was narrowed down to ten finalists and from there, the Top 2 were determined. Visit Marilyn.ca to watch the full episode.
