Kicking off tomorrow at 4 p.m. ET, this national super-simulcast broadcast, anchored by CTV NATIONAL NEWS’ Lisa LaFlamme, airs live on CTV, CTV News Channel, CTV GO, and open to everyone for viewing on CTVNews.ca and in the  CTV News GO apps. From the steep decline of oil prices and fragile international economic recovery to diminishing momentum in key emerging economies like China and India, BUDGET 2015 tables all of the issues and offers analysis on how the new federal budget affects Canadians across the country. Joining LaFlamme in Toronto is CTV News’ Chief Financial Commentator Pattie Lovett-Reid, along with CTV’s Ottawa Bureau Chief Robert Fife and CTV News’ Craig Oliver from Parliament Hill. The special also features a slate of guest commentators, including tax expert Tim Cestnick providing an examination of what the federal budget means for Canadian families, as well as Paul Franklin, Edmonton veterans advocate and President and CEO of The Franklin Foundation, with a look at how the budget will affect those who have served in Canada’s military. Online, Canadians can head to CTVNews.ca/budget to read advance analysis of what is known so far about Finance Minister Joe Oliver’s plans for the federal budget. As it is unveiled, CTVNews.ca will provide instant analysis of Ottawa’s latest financial measures from the lockup. Visitors are also invited to watch live as the Finance Minister rises in the House to outline his plans. In addition to reporting live from Parliament Hill, BNN has assembled a panel of top industry specialists across varying disciplines to help viewers navigate the budget at 3:30 p.m. ET.
