REGINA (November 6, 2020) – CTV Regina announced today the appointment of Morgan Campbell as co-anchor of the station’s CTV NEWS AT NOON and CTV NEWS AT SIX weekday newscasts. Beginning Monday, Nov. 9, Campbell joins the CTV News Regina team alongside co-anchor Lee Jones and meteorologist Warren Dean.
“We’re very excited for Morgan to join the anchor desk of CTV NEWS AT NOON and CTV NEWS AT SIX,” said J.C. Garden, Director of News and Public Affairs, CTV Regina. “Morgan is born and raised in Regina and knows our community so well. She will be a valued addition to our mandate of telling the stories that matter to our viewers, and delivering the news they can trust, each and every day.”
Campbell is a familiar face to viewers across the region, having spent more than a decade as a reporter at CTV Yorkton and CTV Regina. She has deep roots in the community, covering events from the Grey Cup and the JUNO Awards to hitting the highway with the CTV Regina Hometown Tour.
Campbell holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a degree in journalism from the University of Regina. She joined CTV Regina as an intern in the fall of 2007. After stepping away for a few years to focus on her family, Campbell returned to the station as a reporter.
