CTV Orders New Seasons of Original Series THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW and THE SOCIAL for Daytime Lineup

TORONTO (January 29, 2014) – As it continues to showcase the lifestyle and entertainment topics that matter most to Canadians, CTV announced today a fifth season order of established audience favourite THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW, as well as a second season for its new original talk series THE SOCIAL.

Hosted by Marilyn Denis (@MarilynDenisCTV), and including a wide panel of experts, THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW is the most-watched Canadian daytime lifestyle series. In its fifth season, the series will continue to bring viewers entertainment and lifestyle segments, featuring Canadian and international celebrities and experts.

Co-hosted by news anchor Melissa Grelo (@melissagrelo), relationship expert Cynthia Loyst (@cynthialoyst), Canada’s foremost gossip blogger Lainey Lui (@LaineyGossip), and entertainment reporter Traci Melchor (@stayfabulous), THE SOCIAL continues to build its audience month-over-month, and already is the second most-watched Canadian lifestyle series following THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW.
