CTV kicks off the month of September with all-new episodes of UNFORGETTABLE, SATISFACTION, THE AMAZING RACE CANADA, HOT IN CLEVELAND, and ANGER MANAGEMENT. Plus, the season finales of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, MISTRESSES, and MASTERCHEF.

Programming Highlights for Sept. 1-15 on CTV include:

 

  • A series of clues leads Carrie (Poppy Montgomery) and Al (Dylan Walsh) to yet another possible motive for a murder on UNFORGETTABLE (Sept. 1)
  • Maggie (Leah Renee) deals with an emasculated Jason (Luke Macfarlane) after he discovers he’s incapable of handy work on SATISFACTION (Sept. 2)
  • The remaining four teams race out of Nunavut and into Nova Scotia on THE AMAZING RACE CANADA (Sept. 2)
  • MISTRESSES takes a shocking turn in the season finale (Sept. 9)
  • America’s favourite dancers are crowned on the season finale of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (Sept. 10)

Sunday, Sept. 1

7 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “Corpse Bride” – NEW EPISODE

Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli) gets her dream engagement ring, but not the way she expected. Joy (Jane Leeves) deals with mysterious family issues and Victoria (Wendie Malick) tests a new product from the Mrs. Ladypants line. Meanwhile, Elka (Betty White) and Mamie (Georgia Engel) test jokes for a senior centre roast.

 

9 p.m. – UNFORGETTABLE – “Line Up or Shut Up” – NEW EPISODE

When a young man is found dead in an expensive sports car he was delivering to a diplomat, each clue leads Carrie (Poppy Montgomery) and Al (Dylan Walsh) to another possible motive for the murder.

Monday, Sept. 2

8 p.m. – SATISFACTION – “Fade to Blackened” – NEW EPISODE

Maggie (Leah Renee) deals with an emasculated Jason (Luke Macfarlane) after he discovers he’s incapable of handy work, and Mark (Ryan Belleville) attempts to “fade out” a girl he’s dating that he thinks is too nerdy for him.

 

8:30 p.m. – ANGER MANAGEMENT – “Charlie and the Breakup Coach” – NEW EPISODE

Charlie’s (Charlie Sheen) ex, Jennifer (Shawnee Smith), causes problems with his group when she becomes one of his patient’s “life coach.”

 

9 p.m. – THE AMAZING RACE CANADA – “Clutch and Release” – NEW EPISODE

The remaining four teams race out of Nunavut and into Nova Scotia, but Vanessa and Celina have a hard time getting “in gear.” Then, Dave loses patience with Jet at a scary Roadblock and the stakes are raised at the second U-Turn of the Race.

 

10 p.m. – MISTRESSES – “When One Door Closes…” – NEW EPISODE

The judge delivers a shocking ruling in Grey vs Kim, and Paul (Dondre’ T. Whitfield) helps a frantic April (Rochelle Aytes) search for Lucy (Corinne Massiah) after the school reports that she’s gone missing. Meanwhile, Joss (Jes Macallan) tries to salvage her relationship with Alex (Shannyn Sossamon) after she learns Joss slept with Olivier (Mike Dopud). Plus, Savi (Alyssa Milano) is receptive to Dom’s (Jason George) advances, and accepts the fact that Harry (Brett Tucker) is no longer part of her life…until she learns some disturbing news about the state of Harry’s restaurant.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 3

8 p.m. – SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE – TWO HOURS – LIVE

America’s favourite four dancers perform for the nation one last time to determine who the fans will choose as their favourite guy and girl in this summer’s hottest dancing competition.

Wednesday, Sept. 4

8 p.m. – MASTERCHEF – NEW EPISODE – TWO HOURS

The final four cooks split into two teams in the next mystery box challenge and prepare a three-course meal using notable ingredients from all over the United States. The winning team is safe from elimination, while the members of the losing team go head-to-head in a chocolate desserts pressure test that will end the competition for one home cook. Later, the judges challenge the remaining three contestants to cook with the same ingredients they used in their initial auditions, while creating an elevated and sophisticated version of the same dish. The home cooks must demonstrate how far they’ve come in the competition in order to earn a spot in the finale, and move one step closer to winning the grand prize, and only two will move forward to the Season Finale.

Friday, Sept. 6

9 p.m. – ORPHAN BLACK – “Effects of External Conditions” – NEW TO CTV

Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) realizes that the Orphans’ survival is going to take more than police work, but tracking the killer jeopardizes Sarah’s long-awaited reunion with her daughter Kira (Skyler Wexler, ALPHAS). With time running out, Sarah and the killer are heading for a showdown that threatens to expose her to Art (Kevin Hanchard, REPUBLIC OF DOYLE), and undermine her ruse as a cop.

 

Saturday, Sept. 7

8 p.m. – CTV MOVIE – TOM, DICK AND HARRIET (2013)

Creative director Tom Burns (Steven Weber, BROTHERS & SISTERS) may be at the top of his game, but he’s still considered a dinosaur for being over 40 in the youthful, trendy business of advertising. In a moment of desperation, he hires young con-artist Dick Sweeney (Andrew Francis, SLUGTERRA) to be his stand-in at an ad agency, while Tom does all of the hard work behind the scenes. The scheme works until Tom falls for Dick’s co-worker Harriet Foster (Michelle Harrison, WILD ROSES), forcing Tom and Dick to make a choice between love and getting a pay cheque in this comedy about ageism in the work place.

 

Sunday, Sept. 8

7 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “All My Exes” – NEW EPISODE

Victoria (Wendie Malick) contacts her ex-husbands to assess their relationships when she’s stuck in the hospital on the day of her bachelorette party. Meanwhile, Joy (Jane Leeves) and Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli) are obsessed with a man in a coma, and Elka (Betty White) and Mamie (Georgia Engel) bring a little bit of Las Vegas to Cleveland. Guest-starring Enrico Colantoni (FLASHPOINT).

 

9 p.m. – UNFORGETTABLE – “TBA” – NEW EPISODE

Monday, Sept. 9

8 p.m. – SATISFACTION – “Daddy Issues” – NEW EPISODE

When Maggie’s (Leah Renee) dad comes to town, Jason (Luke Macfarlane) and Mark (Ryan Belleville) vie for his attention but discover a secret he’s been keeping in the process. Meanwhile the new, hardworking waitress at the bar quickly becomes Maggie’s nemesis.

 

8:30 p.m. – ANGER MANAGEMENT – “Charlie’s Patients Hook Up” – NEW EPISODE

Charlie (Charlie Sheen) inadvertently puts two patients in his group together in a romantic relationship.

 

9 p.m. – THE AMAZING RACE CANADA – NEW EPISODE

10 p.m. – MISTRESSES – “I Choose You” – SEASON FINALE

A road trip to Palm Springs for Savi’s (Alyssa Milano) birthday takes a shocking turn. April (Rochelle Aytes) makes a decision about the two men in her life, Paul (Dondré T. Whitfield) and Richard (Cameron Bender), and Elizabeth Grey (Penelope Ann Miller) confronts Karen (Yunjin Kim) in a final showdown.

Tuesday, Sept. 10

8 p.m. – SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE – TWO HOURS – LIVE – SEASON FINALE

During the season finale, America’s votes are in, and two dancers are crowned the winners of the competition. Judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy are joined by special guest judges Adam Shankman, Stephen “twitch” Boss, and Paula Abdul.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 11

9 p.m. – MASTERCHEF – SEASON FINALE

The Top Two finalists have one last chance to prove to the judges that they have the passion, skill, and drive worthy of the MASTERCHEF title. In their final challenge in the MASTERCHEF kitchen, the two home cooks conceptualize and prepare the most important three-course meal of their lives. Later, the judges reveal America’s next MASTERCHEF, and the deserving home cook walks away with a MASTERCHEF trophy, a book deal, and the $250,000 grand prize.

Friday, Sept. 13

9 p.m. – ORPHAN BLACK – “Conditions of Existence” – NEW TO CTV

When terrifying evidence suggests the Orphans are part of an ongoing experiment, Sarah’s (Tatiana Maslany) suspicions turn to Paul (Dylan Bruce, NCIS), Beth’s boyfriend. Her probing inadvertently triggers Paul’s own investigation, bringing him dangerously close to the truth. Meanwhile, paranoid Alison (Maslany) brings a whole new level of complication.

 

Saturday, Sept. 14

8 p.m. – ETALK PRESENTS: CTV’S BIG FALL PREVIEW – SPECIAL EPISODE

Through exclusive interviews, ETALK gives viewers the who, what, where, and why to help plan their fall TV viewing.

 

Sunday, Sept. 15

7 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “The Man That Got Away” – NEW EPISODE

In the Season 4 finale, the wedding day for Victoria (Wendie Malick) and an imprisoned Emmet (Alan Dale) finally arrives, an occasion that brings Joy (Jane Leeves) face-to-face with her son’s father for the first time in more than three decades.
