CTV Regina Announces Destinations for Fall 2015 CTV HOMETOWN TOUR

REGINA (September 24, 2015) – Four communities across the southern Saskatchewan region have been selected for the Fall 2015 Edition of the CTV HOMETOWN TOUR, as announced last week by CTV NEWS AT SIX Co-Anchors Dan McIntosh and Heather Anderson. CTV NEWS AT SIX will broadcast tour highlights featuring the rich history and distinct essence of community life in Big Beaver, Standing Buffalo First Nation, Estevan, and Southey. Slated to air on four consecutive Thursday evenings, the CTV HOMETOWN TOUR kicks off with Big Beaver today – Thursday, Sept. 24. Every year in spring and fall, viewers are invited to nominate their communities as a CTV HOMETOWN TOUR destination by describing what makes their hometown special. From the nominations received, four communities are selected to have their stories recounted in a special, dedicated segment within the suppertime newscast.
