Programming Highlights for April 16 – 30 on CTV Two and CTV GO include:
- ETALK PRESENTS: ORPHAN BLACK delivers a recap of the previous season, exclusive sneak peeks and cast interviews before Season 3 of ORPHAN BLACK begins (April 18)
- With their humanity turned off, Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Caroline (Candice Accola) begin wreaking havoc at Whitmore on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES (April 16)
- Mary (Adelaide Kane) becomes the temporary leader of France, which makes her realize she can use her newfound power to save Scotland on REIGN (April 16)
- A man and woman from Boulder, CO present the Sharks with a digital text technology that is poised to change the way eBooks are read on an all-new SHARK TANK (April 17)
- A homicide leads Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) onto the dark and mysterious path of a local Native American power quest on a special CTV Two broadcast of GRIMM (April 17)
- MASTERCHEF judge Graham Elliot presents the home cooks with the smallest Mystery Box in the series’ history on MASTERCHEF CANADA (April 18)

Catherine (Megan Follows), knowing about Mary’s indiscretion with Condé (Sean Teale), enlists Narcisse (Craig Parker) to help beat Mary at her own game. Meanwhile, Bash (Torrance Coombs), having been saved by a woman in white and determined to send his attempted murderer to death, discovers a familiar face in the village.
Friday, April 17

A homicide leads Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) onto the dark and mysterious path of a local Native American power quest. Meanwhile, Juliette’s (Bitsie Tulloch) erratic behaviour lands her on the wrong side of the law. At the spice shop, Rosalee (Bree Turner) and Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) are on a mission and call on Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) for help.

A man from Pittsburgh, PA shares a sustainable soil replacement for peat moss that he hopes will green up the landscaping and gardening industries; two moms from Castle Rock, CO present a tasty, tantrum-free way to clean messy kids with sweet-flavored face wipes; with help from a veteran power lineman, two business partners from N. Twin Falls, ID believe they can change the electric industry with a safer way to connect electrical wires; a man and woman from Boulder, CO present a digital text technology that is poised to change the way eBooks are read.
Saturday, April 18
7 p.m. – MASTERCHEF CANADA – “Good Things in Small Packages” – NEW to CTV Two
MASTERCHEF judge Graham Elliot presents the home cooks with the smallest Mystery Box Challenge in MASTERCHEF CANADA history, filled with tiny proteins and vegetables. The home cook who wins the challenge receives an advantage in the Elimination Challenge, choosing which live underwater creature their fellow competitors have to cook with.

Tuesday, April 21
8 p.m. – THE VOICE – “Live Top 10 Eliminations” – NEW EPISODE
America’s votes reveal which two artists are eliminated from the competition.
9 p.m. – HOT IN CLEVELAND – “The Bachelors” – NEW EPISODE
Every year, the ladies celebrate their collective birthday by fixing each other up on blind dates, and this time it ends with more than one proposal. Luke Perry (BODY OF PROOF) guest stars as Trevor, a former model who has decided to donate his ample forehead for scientific causes.

Charlie (Charlie Sheen) goes to Vegas and life gets complicated after a night of heavy drinking.

Laura (Debra Messing) deals with an epic personal crisis while searching for the killer of a teacher’s aide. The investigation leads the cops into the madness of NCAA basketball.
Thursday, April 23
8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “Because” – NEW EPISODE
Wrestling with whether or not to tell Elena (Nina Dobrev) about the cure, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) brings up their future together and what life would be like if they weren’t vampires. Meanwhile, it’s all hands on deck when attempts to stop a humanity-free Caroline (Candice Accola) doesn’t go as planned. Elsewhere, when Bonnie (Kat Graham) discovers that Damon has betrayed her trust, she takes matters into her own hands, setting off a chain of events that leaves Damon dealing with the fallout.
9 p.m. – REIGN – “Abandoned” – NEW EPISODE
Mary (Adelaide Kane), with the threat of England looming, aligns herself with France and thus the ailing Francis (Toby Regbo). Condé (Sean Teale) makes a bold move that would tie him to England. With all of the turmoil, Catherine (Megan Follows) and Narcisse (Craig Parker) work to win favour in court. Meanwhile, Kenna (Caitlin Stasey) gets closer to General Renaude (Vincent Nappo, KILLING LINCOLN), as Bash (Torrance Coombs) becomes increasingly distant.

Two women from New York City present their collectible products for celebrity super-fans; two men from Boston pitch a mobile app for reserving a barstool in advance for popular nights out; and an Atlanta man who spent a decade playing in the NFL has a revolutionary high-tech insole for shoes.

7 p.m. – MASTERCHEF CANADA – “Walking on Eggshells” – NEW to CTV Two
In the biggest twist yet, three eliminated home cooks return for a single chance to cook their way back into the
MASTERCHEF CANADA kitchen, by preparing three egg dishes in eight minutes. The home cooks then face a demanding Elimination Challenge, replicating the first dish that one of the
MASTERCHEF CANADA judges mastered as a professional chef.
Sunday, April 26
9 p.m. – A.D. THE BIBLE CONTINUES – “The Wrath” – NEW EPISODE
Pilate (Vincent Regan) avenges the murder of a Roman soldier with mass crucifixions. Caiaphas (Richard Coyle) fails to convict Peter (Adam Levy) and John (Babou Ceesay). The church grows, attracting some with impure intentions who are punished by the Holy Spirit.

10 p.m. – LAW & ORDER: SVU – “Daydream Believer” – NEW EPISODE special time
Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Voight (Jason Beghe) lead their teams in the investigation of a rape/murder case that is frighteningly similar to a case from New York a decade ago. When forced to release their main suspect, the Chicago PD joins the SVU in New York in pursuit of Yates (Dallas Roberts, Evil Men).
Thursday, April 30
8 p.m. – THE VAMPIRE DIARIES – “I’d Leave My Happy Home for You” – NEW EPISODE
As Alaric (Matt Davis) and Jo (Jodi Lyn O’Keefe,
Merry Ex-Mas) reluctantly participate in their bachelor and bachelorette parties, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) discuss the ramifications from an impulsive offer that Damon makes. Unsure of what to do, Elena turns to Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Jo for advice, but is left conflicted when Bonnie raises some unanticipated concerns. When Enzo (Michael Malarkey) realizes Lily (Annie Wersching, 24) is on a dangerous downward spiral, he asks Stefan (Paul Wesley) to help intervene before it’s too late.
