– CTV Vancouver wraps the week with the free, annual BLOCK PARTY FOR BABIES event featuring live broadcasts from Surrey Honda on May 12 –

VANCOUVER (May 3, 2017)CTV Vancouver is on a mission to keep the spotlight shining on BC Women’s Hospital + Health Centre with HOPE STARTS HERE, the annual week-long campaign aimed at raising essential funds and awareness for the hospital’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NCIU). Beginning Monday, May 8 and continuing through the week, CTV Vancouver newscasts will feature stories, in-studio interviews, and editorial features showcasing the life-saving work happening each day at BC Women’s Hospital. The campaign wraps-up on Friday, May 12 as CTV Vancouver hosts its annual BLOCK PARTY FOR BABIES from a new location this year, Surrey Honda (15291 Fraser Hwy). All are invited to this FREE, family-friendly event featuring a wide range of children’s activities, including face painting and bouncy castles, along with Freshslice Pizza, and a live performance by Dr. Strangelove.
