DECEMBER 24 – THE SUICIDE SQUAD *Movie Premiere*

• Described as “very funny, bleakly self-aware, and shockingly violent – a refreshing mix of familiar conventions and gory satire” by The Atlantic, THE SUICIDE SQUAD drops on Crave Friday, Dec. 24. Belle Reve, the prison with the highest mortality rate in the country, houses the worst Super-Villains, including Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Captain Boomerang, Ratcatcher 2, Savant, King Shark, Blackguard, Javelin, and Harley Quinn. When the prisoners join Task Force X in exchange for their freedom, they are heavily armed and dropped on the remote, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese to destroy evidence of the giant alien starfish Starro the Conqueror. The film stars an ensemble cast including Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Sylvester Stallone, Viola Davis, and Pete Davidson.

  DECEMBER 25 – Crave Original Series LETTERKENNY *Season 10 Premiere*

• This season finds all the men of Letterkenny on the receiving end of head-to-toe physicals. There is also a launch for a new energy drink, while some of the locals take part in a Caesar building contest. And what’s LETTERKENNY without its fair share of showdowns? While Wayne and McMurray do some dickering, the hockey players and the Skids face off in a video game battle. Season 10 of Crave Original Series LETTERKENNY drops Saturday, Dec. 25.

  DECEMBER 26 – INSECURE Series Finale and INSECURE: THE END

• The all-new documentary INSECURE: THE END, an intimate look at the making of the final season and the cultural impact of HBO’s award-winning comedy INSECURE, streams Sunday, Dec. 26 at 10:30 p.m. ET. The series finale of INSECURE, starring Issa Rae, Jay Ellis, Yvonne Orji, Natasha Rothwell, Amanda Seales, Wade Allain-Marcus, Kendrick Sampson, and Christina Elmore, premieres Sunday, Dec. 26 at 10 p.m. ET.

  JANUARY 1 – HARRY POTTER 20TH ANNIVERSARY: RETURN TO HOGWARTS

• Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson join filmmaker Chris Columbus and other esteemed cast members across all eight Harry Potter films, as they travel back to Hogwarts for the first time to celebrate the anniversary of the franchise’s first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, which premiered 20 years ago in November 2001. The retrospective special tells an enchanting making-of story through all-new, in-depth interviews, and cast conversations, inviting fans on a magical first-person journey through one of the most beloved film franchises of all time. The highly anticipated retrospective is set to be a capstone event of the holiday season, dropping as the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Day, Saturday, Jan. 1. In addition, the Harry Potter Collection is now streaming on Crave, including all films and the four-part competition series, HARRY POTTER: HOGWARTS TOURNAMENT OF HOUSES, hosted by Academy Award^®-winning actress Helen Mirren.

  JANUARY 1 – DOCTOR WHO *Special Premiere*

• The all-new DOCTOR WHO New Year’s Day special – ‘Eve of the Daleks’, premieres Saturday, Jan. 1 at 8 p.m. ET on Crave and CTV Sci-Fi Channel. In 2022, Sarah (Aisling Bea, This Way Up) who owns and runs ELF storage, and Nick, (Adjani Salmon, Dreaming Whilst Black) a customer who visits his unit every year on New Year ’s Eve, joins the TARDIS crew – the Doctor (Jodie Whitaker), Dan (John Bishop), and Yaz, (Mandip Gill) in a fight against the Daleks.
