Drugs, Deceit, and Drama Come to a Head in an All-New Episode of IN THE DARK, July 9 on CTV Drama Channel

The suspense continues on another all-new episode of IN THE DARK, Thursday, July 9 at 9 p.m. ET on CTV Drama Channel. Starring Perry Mattfeld (SHAMELESS), the comedy-drama follows Murphy (Perry Mattfeld, SHAMELESS), an irreverent, blind 20-something who mends her destruct lifestyle after the death of her best friend, only to be forced into turning Guiding Hope – her guide dog school – into a drug front for Nia (Nicki Micheaux, LINCOLN HEIGHTS).

Last week, viewers watched on tenterhooks as Jess (Brooke Markham, Dude) found herself inextricably in Nia’s crosshairs after being labelled a liability.  On Thursday’s new episode, everyone is in danger as Ben (Chris Perfetti, LOOKING) threatens to expose the Guiding Hope trio after they catch him stealing from their stash. “Murphy’s world has exploded,” revealed Mattfeld to Hollywood Life about Season 2, adding that viewers will continue to see “a lot of heavy stuff with Murphy and Jess and Felix.” Though the Guiding Hope crew is constantly chasing the light at the end of the tunnel, they can always find solace at the Linsmore Tavern, of which ETALK recently gave viewers an exclusive, behind the scenes tour.
