FEBRUARY 1 – Crave Celebrates Black History Month
  • To commemorate Black History Month, Crave highlights Black creators, talent, and cultural figures through a dedicated Black Excellence page which features collections such as: Black Movies Matter; TV Shows #ForTheCulture; Essential Black Episodes; Celebrating Black Comedy; Black Love; Docs & Historical Dramas; Strong Female Leads; Excellence in Sports; and more. Other notable premieres during Black History Month include Fighter.Boy and WHEN MORNING COMES.

FEBRUARY 4 – HBO’s CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM *Season 12 Premiere*
  • Starring Larry David as an over-the-top version of himself, the iconic Emmy® and Golden Globe®-winning comedy series CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM returns, offering a tongue-in-cheek depiction of the writer/producer/comedian’s fictionalized life. In its 12th and final season, the comedy continues to prove how seemingly trivial details of day-to-day life can precipitate a catastrophic chain of events. Season 12 also stars Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman, Cheryl Hines, J.B. Smoove, Richard Lewis, Ted Danson, Vince Vaughn, and Tracey Ullman. CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM follows a weekly release schedule with new episodes dropping Sundays at 10 p.m. ET, only on Crave.

FEBRUARY 8 – AN OPTIMIST’S GUIDE TO THE PLANET WITH NIKOLAJ COSTER-WALDAU *Crave Original Series Premiere*
  • The Crave Original Series AN OPTIMIST’S GUIDE TO THE PLANET WITH NIKOLAJ COSTER-WALDAU captures Coster-Waldau’s search for the people, ideas, traditions, and attitudes which can transform fear of the future into hope, climate angst into optimism, and human disconnection into engagement. In each of the six episodes, Nikolaj and his affable team criss-cross the globe exploring humanity, witnessing its power for good and learning about some of the remarkable solutions (both old and new) that inspire his optimism for the future. AN OPTIMIST’S GUIDE TO THE PLANET WITH NIKOLAJ COSTER-WALDAU debuts on Thursday, Feb. 8 at 8 p.m. ET on Crave, with subsequent episodes streaming Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET.

FEBRUARY 19 – HBO’s LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER *Season 11 Premiere*
  • On the heels of being renewed by HBO for three more seasons and taking home two awards at the 75th Emmy Awards for Outstanding Scripted Variety Series, and Outstadning Writing for a Variety Series, LAST WEEK TONIGHT WITH JOHN OLIVER returns for its 11th A satirical, insightful, and meticulously researched look at current events in the U.S. and around the globe, the series features Oliver’s hilarious, expertly honed perspective on today’s pressing political, social, and cultural issues, as well as lesser-reported topics that both inform and entertain. Shot in New York, the series features the show’s weekly topical insights, signature deep dives, and distinctive comedy pieces. Episodes air live, Sunday nights at 11 p.m. ET, and are available for streaming the following day.
HIGHLIGHTS

FEBRUARY 1 – Max’s CLONE HIGH *Season 2*
  • A modern refresh of the hit series of the same name, the Max Original animated comedy CLONE HIGH follows a high school for clones of the greatest minds in history. Twenty years after the original experiment was put on ice, Joan, JFK, Abe, and Cleo have been thawed out to resume school with their new clone classmates – all while navigating a new set of cultural norms and overly dramatic teen relationships. Returning stars include Will Forte and Nicole Sullivan. This season also features Canadian and former MuchMusic VJ Hannah Simone as Lady Godiva. All 10 episodes of CLONE HIGH Season 2 drop on Thursday, Feb. 1.

FEBRUARY 8 – Max’s TOKYO VICE *Season 2 Premiere*
  • Created and written by Tony Award® winner J.T. Rogers, the Max Original drama series TOKYO VICE returns for its 10-episode second season. Loosely inspired by American journalist Jake Adelstein’s first-hand account of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police beat, Season 2 takes audiences deeper into the city’s criminal underworld as Adelstein comes to realize that his life, and the lives of those close to him, are in terrible danger. Starring Golden Globe nominee Ansel Elgort and Academy Award nominee Ken Watanabe. Two episodes drop on Thursday, Feb. 8, followed by one new episode on subsequent Thursdays.

FEBRUARY 9 – AKILLA’S ESCAPE *Movie Streaming Premiere*
  • The final film from late director Charles Officer, AKILLA’S ESCAPE stars Saul Williams. Winner of eight Canadian Screen Awards, the film is a crime-noir about the urban child-soldier that follows Akilla Brown as he captures a 15-year-old Jamaican boy in the aftermath of an armed robbery. Over one grueling night, Akilla confronts a cycle of generational violence he thought he escaped.
