TORONTO (September 10, 2015) – The world’s biggest and brightest digital stars are being recognized on television sets across North America for the first time ever on the live broadcast of THE 5TH ANNUAL STREAMY AWARDS, Thursday, Sept. 17 at 10 p.m. ET on Much. The 90-minute event, which broadcasts live from the historic Hollywood Palladium, honours the best in YouTube, online video, and the creators behind it. Hosted by influential YouTube creators Grace Helbig and Tyler Oakley, the STREAMYs brings together the biggest names in the digital world for a night of celebration, discovery, and recognition determined by the Streamys Blue Ribbon Panel, a judging body of creators, executives, and other experts in the online video industry.
Much Digital Studios’ creator Jus Reign received his first Streamy nomination in the Performance Award: Collaboration category for his video Bounce ft. Timothy Delaghetto, which has received more than 1.6 million views to date. Additional nominees include: Snapchat scripted series SnapperHero leading with six nominations; Epic Rap Battles of History and Video Game High School tied with four nominations; and Bootleg Universe and The Hotwives Of Orlando who secured three nominations apiece.
