Ghosted (verb) An expression that describes when the person someone is dating suddenly goes silent by eliminating all communication without explanation (i.e. going MIA). Most millennials in the dating world have likely experienced the harsh reality of getting “ghosted,” and we don’t mean on Halloween night. Bringing “the talk” back into the dating scene, VIRGIN MORNINGS WITH ADAM WYLDE, TJ & JAX attempt to uncover the real reasons listeners are left in the dark in the all-new segment, GHOSTED WITH VIRGIN MORNINGS, airing live Tuesdays at 8 a.m. ET on 99.9 VIRGIN RADIO. VIRGIN MORNINGS WITH ADAM WYLDE, TJ & JAX invite ghosted listeners to call in and explain why they think they might have been ghosted by their date. The hosts then call up the date to find out why they cut communication with the caller, without mentioning the person they ghosted is secretly on the line. With hopes of re-connecting the couple, Virgin Radio offers to pay for their next date. The mystery is, once the truth is revealed will the couple’s original connection still be there?
