THE CHEFS’ LINE. Contestants go up against one chef in each episode, creating a chosen dish from the episode’s featured cuisine. Through five back-to-back, 30-minute episodes airing each week, viewers watch as competitors progress to the next round, where they face off against increasingly more experienced chefs, beginning with apprentice chefs, and progressing to station, sous, and head chefs.
