- HUNTED (8 episodes)
Award-winning writer and producer Frank Spotnitz (THE X FILES) is behind this eight-part suspense thriller with an international espionage storyline. HUNTED stars Melissa George (GREY’S ANATOMY) as Sam Hunter, an operative for an elite private intelligence firm who survives an attempt on her life that may have been orchestrated by members of her own team. She goes into hiding to regroup and recover from her injuries, returning to the firm unannounced a year later. Her co-workers, needless to say, are surprised to see her, especially her colleague — and secret lover — Aidan Marsh (Adamy Rayner, TYRANT), and her bosses, Rupert Keel (Stephen Dillane, GAME OF THRONES), and Deacon Crane (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, GAME OF THRONES), who are suspicious of Hunter’s motives.
- THE SIXTIES (10 episodes)
Executive produced by Tom Hanks, THE SIXTIES examines the profound impact the decade had on American history. The events of that tumultuous 10-year period reshaped the country to such an extent that a citizen peering forward from 1960 would barely recognize America in 1969. Television helped frame and enable that change, and it is through the lens of television that the series unfolds. Events covered include the Assassination of JFK, the Cold War, the British Invasion, Dr. Martin Luther King and the March on Washington, the Vietnam War, and more.
