Toronto Mayor John Tory Proclaims January 6 as “Ken Shaw Day”
Veteran news anchor Ken Shaw signs off on his last broadcast for CTV News Toronto tonight at 6 p.m. ET, and in celebration of his storied career, Toronto Mayor John Tory has proclaimed January 6 as “Ken Shaw Day” in Toronto.
In the official statement, Tory regards Shaw as a “staple in our city and in the broadcasting world” and “a model citizen who has given back to our city through his community advocacy and leadership.”
