JUNE 29 – HBO Max’s WARRIOR *Season 3 Premiere*
- Season 3 of the HBO Max Original drama seriesWARRIOR, based on the writings of martial arts legend Bruce Lee, debuts with three episodes on Thursday, June 29. In the wake of the race riots that upended Chinatown in Season 2, Mai Ling (Dianne Doan) uses her government connections to consolidate power, while Ah Sahm (Andrew Koji) and the Hop Wei must find new ways to survive. WARRIOR follows a weekly release schedule, with new episodes streaming Thursdays.
JUNE 30 – Crave and APTN Original COMING HOME *Documentary Premiere*
- Alongside the final episode of Crave and APTN’s original drama series, LITTLE BIRD, on Friday, June 30, Crave premieres COMING HOME (WANNA ICIPUS KUPI), a 90-minute companion documentary providing historical context about the Sixties Scoop. Directed by Erica Daniels (Run as One), COMING HOME explores the connections between the ground-breaking movement for Indigenous narrative sovereignty, and the impact of the child welfare system as experienced through the LITTLE BIRD series’ Indigenous creatives, crew, and Sixties Scoop advisors. COMING HOME provides a structuring through-line, interwoven with interviews with cast, crew, and community members revealing personal connections to the Sixties Scoop.
JUNE 30 – INFINITY POOL *Movie Premiere*
- Directed by Brandon Cronenberg, and starring Alexander Skarsgård, Mia Goth, and Cleopatra Coleman, the sci-fi horror film INFINITY POOL streams Friday, June 30. While staying at an isolated island resort, James (Alexander Skarsgård) and Em (Cleopatra Coleman) are enjoying a perfect vacation of pristine beaches, exceptional staff, and soaking up the sun. But guided by the seductive and mysterious Gabi (Mia Goth), they venture outside the resort grounds, and find themselves in a culture filled with violence, hedonism, and untold horror. A tragic accident leaves them facing a zero tolerance policy for crime: either you’ll be executed, or, if you’re rich enough to afford it, you can watch yourself die instead.
JUNE 30 – NAKED: SEX AND GENDER *Crave Original Documentary*
- Directed by Stephanie Weimar, the Crave Original documentary NAKED: SEX AND GENDER follows individuals and communities, experts and artists around the globe who are radically and joyfully redefining gender. Together, they explore their vision of a future beyond the gender binary. NAKED: SEX AND GENDER premieres Friday, June 30, and joins Crave’s Pride Collection.
JUNE 30 – DRAG RACE FRANCE *Season 2 Premiere*
- RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE alum Nicky Doll returns as host for the show’s sophomore season along with returning resident judges – actress and TV host, Daphné Bürki, and French DJ and LGBTQ+ activist, Kiddy Smile. Season 2 of DRAG RACE FRANCE debuts Friday, June 30 at 1 p.m. ET with new episodes streaming Fridays.
JULY 1 – PARKS AND RECREATION *The Complete Series*
- Adding another coveted franchise to its library of iconic comedy series (see FRIENDS, and THE OFFICE) all seasons and episodes of PARKS AND RECREATION are available on Crave, beginning Saturday, July 1. Produced by NBC Universal, PARKS AND RECREATION is filmed in the same mockumentary style as THE OFFICE and follows Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), a mid-level bureaucrat in the Parks and Recreation Department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana, and the absurd antics of her fellow public officials as they pursue sundry projects to make their city a better place. Along with Poehler, the acclaimed series stars a hilarious ensemble cast including: Nick Offerman (Ron Swanson), Aziz Ansari (Tom Haverford), Adam Scott (Ben Wyatt), Rashida Jones (Ann Perkins), Chris Pratt (Andy Dwyer), Aubrey Plaza (April Ludgate), Rob Lowe (Chris Traeger), Retta (Donna Meagle), and Jim O’Heir (Jerry Gergich).
