CTV Drama Channel has confirmed that Season 3 of the Emmy® and Golden Globe® nominated series KILLING EVE will make its highly anticipated return on Sunday, April 12 at 10 p.m. ET. Not only were fans gifted a premiere date, first-look images from Season 3 dropped earlier today and they are uncanny as ever, revealing Eve (Sandra Oh) getting her hands dirty in a new job, and Villanelle (Jodie Comer) strutting the streets in her haute fashion ensembles. Comer and Oh each won an Emmy® and Golden Globe® Award, respectively, for their performances in the series. “A big theme for Villanelle is her trying to gauge some sense of control,” said Comer, who spoke with Entertainment Weekly about how her character is learning to process after last season. Season 3 picks up after a bloody cliff-hanger in Season 2 that left Eve for dead from a gun shot fired by Villanelle, Eve’s deadly assassin and twisted obsession. In Season 3, Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer will reprise their roles as Eve and Villanelle while Suzanne Heathcote steps in as new showrunner. News broke last month that the British spy-thriller was renewed for Season 4. Here’s what viewers have to look forward to in Season 3:
