

All-Time Record Audience for RDS: 2,496,000 Viewers Watch Game 7 of Canadiens-Bruins Series

Montreal (May 20, 2014) – This past Saturday afternoon, an average of 1,634,000* viewers followed Game 1 of the Canadiens-Rangers series on RDS. Peak audience levels were recorded at 2,002,000* in the 1st period, as the sun started shinning all over Quebec for the long weekend.
During the broadcast, presented at 1 p.m. ET, RDS gained 64.4%* of market shares and the highest* day-time TV ratings among all of Quebec’s networks.
Following their 7-2 (Saturday) and 3-1 (Monday) victories, the New York Rangers have taken the lead (2-0) in the East Conference Final series against the Montreal Canadiens. Watch Game 3 of this series, Thursaday, May 22 at 8 p.m. ET live on RDS.
TV ratings for Monday nights game will be available Wednesday afternoon.
