TORONTO (December 12, 2013) – From District 12 to space walks gone wrong, E!’s MOVIE NIGHT takes a look back at the movies that swept 2013 in the year-end, 30-minute special, MOVIE NIGHT: BEST OF 2013, Friday, Dec. 20 at 11 p.m. ET on E!. 2013’s year in film was defined by movies that made viewers think (Dallas Buyers Club), laugh (Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues), cry (12 Years A Slave), and cheer (The Hunger Games: Catching Fire). In MOVIE NIGHT: BEST OF 2013 hosts Leah Miller and Tyrone Edwards delve into which films were the most memorable of the year and state their case for their Hollywood favourite, creating an essential January movie “must watch” guide for viewers.

In MOVIE NIGHT: BEST OF 2013, hosts, Leah Miller and Tyrone Edwards celebrate the year’s best of the big screen, offering a movie bucket list for viewers over the holidays. The duo choose their fave flick of 2013 from a variety of categories such as best horror, comedy, action, and romance and announce their overall favourite film of the year. Reporter Chloe Wilde joins in with exclusive movie news, uncovering Chris Tucker and Drake’s dream roles, discussing the biggest breakthrough performances that made stars famous, and everyone’s cinematic guilty pleasures. Viewers can catch encores of MOVIE NIGHT: BEST OF 2013, Friday, Jan. 10 and Saturday, Jan. 11 at 8:30 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. ET respectively on E! (visit eonline.ca to confirm local listings).
