MUST-WATCH TITLES FOR MARCH This March, CTV Movies and CTV Throwback celebrate International Women’s Day with free streaming of curated, female-driven collections. CTV Movies features thriller Enough, starring Jennifer Lopez and Billy Campbell (CARDINAL); Academy Award®-winning Spanish drama All About My Mother, featuring Penelope Cruz (Pirates of the Caribbean); and many more. CTV Throwback marks the occasion with full seasons of these empowering new additions to the service: Created and produced in part by Whoopi Goldberg, medical drama STRONG MEDICINE lands March 19 and sees two determined doctors with conflicting approaches, played by Janine Turner (FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS) and Rosa Blasi (The Grudge), paired together to run a women’s health clinic, where they must work as one on opposite sides of the operating table. Golden Globe®-winning comedy THE BIG C, dropping March 26, follows Cathy Jamison (Laura Linney, OZARK), a reserved, suburban wife and mother whose cancer diagnosis shakes up her life, forcing her to find hope, humour, and light in a dark situation. INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY Launching March 2, CTV.ca’s International Women’s Day Hub offers three curated collections of fierce, female-focused films: Award-Winning Women, Female Bonding, and Girls Who Kick Butt.
