WINDSOR (October 8, 2024) – As announced today on Windsor’s #1 station and morning show, AM800 CKLW, Meg Roberts joins Mike Kakuk as the new co-host of MORNINGS WITH MIKE AND MEG, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 15. While finishing her education and athletic career at the University of Windsor, she started her broadcast career as a video journalist at CBC Windsor. She later moved on to anchor and reporter roles at stations in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador and later Toronto. Having accrued nearly 10 years of broadcasting experience, and missing family, friends, and Essex County sweet corn, Roberts decided to move back home in 2023.
