Sudbury, ON (February 12, 2015) – Scott Lund, Vice-President and General Manager, CTV Northern Ontario, announced today that veteran broadcaster Michelle Tonner has been named Managing Producer, CTV News Northern Ontario. Tonner will continue to serve viewers across the Northern Ontario region, overseeing production of the newscast in a leadership role, while building on the station’s longstanding history of trusted journalism and a tireless commitment to serving the community.
A familiar face to viewers across Northern Ontario, Tonner has spent the past decade in the role of Senior News Anchor for the region’s celebrated CTV NEWS AT SIX newscast.
