TORONTO (November 20, 2013) – Much joins the crazy train with an exclusive marathon highlighting the stupor-filled, not-so-brightmoments from THE SIMPSONS own Mayor Quimby. On Monday,Nov. 25, Much presents THE SIMPSONS“Mayor-A-Thon” marathon, with Mayor Quimby-themed episodes airing nightly from Monday, Nov. 25 – Friday, Nov. 29 at 5 p.m. ET.
As the womanizing,corrupt Mayor of Springfield in THESIMPSONS, Quimby has done everything from embezzling money, to givingkickbacks to Springfield’s Police Chief, and tampering with witnesses.

Monday, Nov. 25
5 p.m. – THE SIMPSONS – “Mayored to the Mob”
Mayor Quimby addresses his Springfield constituentsand introduces actor Mark Hamill, star of the Star Wars films. When the conventioneersbegin massing towards the stage, Homer saves both Mayor Quimby and Mark Hamill,and the Mayor shows his gratitude by firing all his bodyguards and hiringHomer.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
5 p.m. – THE SIMPSONS – “See Homer Run”
WhenBart steals a street sign that reads “Bart Blvd.”, it triggers the worsttraffic accident in Springfield’s history. As a result, a group of angrytownspeople confront Mayor Quimby and demand answers. Quimby responds to thetraffic accident by unveiling the Safety Salamander, a spokes-character thetownspeople can rally behind.
Wednesday, Nov. 27
5 p.m. – THE SIMPSONS – “E Plurbus Wiggum”
Homer hates eating Marge’s healthy cuisine, so he sates hisappetite by hitting the fast-food restaurants in town. Unfortunately he tossesall of the fast-food containers into the same drive-through trashcan along withsome garbage from the house. Inside one of the trash bags is an old, leakybattery. The acid makes its way to a gas main. The resulting explosion destroysSpringfield’s fast-food district. Mayor Quimby proposes issuing a bond torebuild the district during the next election. Since the next election isn’tplanned until June, Quimby decides to move it to the upcoming Saturday
Thursday, Nov. 28
5 p.m. – THE SIMPSONS – “Papa Don’t Leech”
Homeris driving Lisa to town hall, where Lisa delivers Girl Scout-type cookies toMayor Quimby. The Mayor can’t pay for the cookies because, as it turns out, thetown of Springfield is broke.
Friday, Nov. 29
5 p.m. – THE SIMPSONS – “Man in the Blue FlannelPants”
The family hosts a tastemaker party at their home to promoteAbsolut Krusty, Krusty the Clown’s own brand of liquor. Mr. Burns takes noticeof the party’s success and decides to promote Homer to “Account Man” for the Springfield Nuclear Plant. Robert Marlowe, aseasoned account veteran, takes Homer under his wing and shows Homer what thehigh life is like in the corner office.
