Nathalie Cook Appointed Head of Sales for TSN

TORONTO (October 17, 2013) – Stewart Johnston, President of TSN, today announced that Nathalie Cook has been appointed as Vice-President of Sales and Brand Partnerships for TSN. In her new role, Cook will take over TSN’s industry-leading sales and brand partnerships divisions – creating unique opportunities for the network’s key partners and clients that engage Canadians across TSN’s slate of platforms.

“Nathalie has an exceptional grasp of the sales and Canadian media landscapes, having worked extensively with global brands and sporting events throughout her career. Her gift for fostering meaningful, productive, and substantive relationships will further strengthen our leadership position,” said Johnston. “Together with her sales and brand partnership teams, Nathalie will utilize her boundless creativity and proven instincts to build innovative and integrated campaigns for our clients and partners – leveraging TSN’s world-class array of broadcast and digital assets.”

Cook has held a variety of senior management roles at TSN and Bell Media. Most recently, Cook was Vice-President of Marketing and Innovation for Bell Media where she led brand strategy for Bell Media Sales. Cook also recently served as TSN’s Vice-President of Integrated Marketing and Partnerships.

Prior to joining Bell Media, Cook oversaw all partner relationships, marketing, and communications-related activities, as well as the promotion of the London 2012 Olympic Games as Vice-President, Marketing and Partnerships for Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium. 

In 2010, Cook was named one of the industry’s Most Influential Women by the Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Sport and Physical Activity.
