TORONTO (May 30, 2013) – Discovery’s NERVE CENTER makes a sizzling summer return with all-new episodes, boldy beginning with a two-hour premiere spectacular featuring one of the most highly anticipated hotel launches in Canadian history, the new Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto, and TSN’s incredibly challenging live broadcast of the 100th annual Grey Cup. Premiering with back-to-back episodes on Wednesday, June 26 at 8 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT and 9 p.m. ET/10 p.m. PT, NERVE CENTER’s third season begins at the high-pressure moment of peak operations. Meet the key personnel that drive the momentum from behind the scenes, then see over the course of a working day how everything interconnects seamlessly – and sometimes fails – to deliver the goods. Four more high-pressure episodes – this time, revealing the inner workings of “Legal Sea Foods,” “Cedar Point Amusement,” “Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auction,” and “Monster Jam” – will debut later this summer (premiere dates TBD).

NERVE CENTER: “Four Seasons Hotel”
Wednesday, June 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT
Soaring 55 stories above Toronto’s city skyline, the brand-new Four Seasons Hotel stands as a cutting-edge flagship for the iconic chain when it opened in October 2012. Competition is stiff in Canada’s largest city – and the Four Seasons’ global reputation rides on the flawless opening of this high-profile home base. The pressure is intense and the hotel’s 400 staff members feel the heat! Veteran Four Seasons hotel general manager, Dimitrios Zarikos, is a one-man walking and talking nerve centre in his own right. On a given day, Zarikos has his hands in every detail – from staff uniforms, to tabletop designs, to guest amenities. With Isadore Sharp – the hotel’s founder and chairman – watching closely, Zarikos needs to knock it out of the park…
