  • THE AMAZING RACE CANADA: The latest duo to be eliminated from the hit CTV series stops by CANADA AM to discuss the journey.
  • TIM HICKS: Canadian country music singer Tim Hicks croons a tune on the CANADA AM Soundstage.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 28

  • BOB THE CAT: A street cat named Bob helped put addict James Bowen’s life back on track and inspired the best-selling book A Street Cat Named Bob. Both Bob and James visit CANADA AM today.
  • NIGHT FILM: Author Marisha Pessl stops by CANADA AM to chat about her new literary thriller Night Film that has the book world buzzing.
  • MICHAEL BERNARD FITZGERALD: Calgary musician Michael Bernard Fitzgerald performs an up-beat song on the CANADA AM Soundstage.

 

Thursday, August 29

  • SMART HOME DÉCOR: Decorating expert Karl Lohnes shows off the best home décor items to help keep students on track; including black out curtains, gradual dimming lamps, and the best alarm clock.
  • STAR FITNESS: Celebrity trainer Mark Hendricks is in studio just in time for TIFF to share the secret star workouts to get red-carpet ready.
  • FOOD TRUCKS: Suresh Doss from Spotlight Toronto stops by the studio to talk about the latest and greatest in travelling food, including a cake truck!

 

Friday, August 30
