Monday, July 8

·         STAMPEDE WEEK: Howdy partner! Marilyn saddles up and heads west to visit the Calgary Stampede where she will be “white-hatted” and joined by CTV Calgary’s TARA NELSON for a tour of the famous fair grounds.  

·         DEEP FRIED GOODNESS: Yahoo! MARILYN resident chef CHRISTINE CUSHING  raids the Stampede Midway food trucks to test some of their signature snacks and returns to the MARILYN studio to discuss carnival food offered at the Stampede booths.

Tuesday, July 9

·         DAPHNE OZ: The TV host and best-selling author reveals how to dig into those guilty pleasure snacks without packing on the calories with her health-conscious recipes for chocolate-chip oatmeal cookies and chocolate fudge pops.

·         STAMPEDE BREAKFAST: Marilyn and resident chef CHRISTINE CUSHING  mosey on over to Heritage Park for some fun in the sun during the renowned Hays Breakfast.    

Wednesday, July 10

·         HOMEMADE BITES: Celebrity chef CHUCK HUGHES bakes some delicious pretzels from scratch and whips up a cheese dip for an easy, at home snack.

·         PROPER MANNERS: MARILYN resident butler CHARLES MACPHERSON provides old-fashion etiquette lessons as he answers live phone questions for the first time. 

·         WESTERN CHIC: MARILYN fashion expert ALEXIS HONCE helps Marilyn create a contemporary western style in preparation for her line dancing debut with Calgary’s Chinook Country Line Dancers.

Thursday, July 11

·         COUNTRY LIVING: Home décor expert ALY VELJI takes viewers on an exclusive look inside a Calgary ranch-style home and demonstrates how to create a modern western design in any space. 

·         SPICY EATS: MARILYN resident chef ROGER MOOKING cooks his latest recipe, blue cheese chorizo balls and promotes his latest album.

Friday, July 12

·         AMBUSH CALGARY MAKEOVER: Marilyn, fashion expert PETER PAPAPETROU and beauty visionary RAY CIVELLO corral one lucky Calgarian viewer into a modern western makeover.
