Montreal (March 11, 2021) – This fall, the Quebec adaptation of FOX Network’s hit TV music game show I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE will make its debut on Noovo. Combining songs, suspense and dazzling performances, this one-of-a-kind variety show is an emotional rollercoaster. The goal is to identify the real singer and the imposters among a group six participants. Productions ToRoS are producing the new show format in collaboration with Bell Media.

The Concept Each week, contestants must identify the real voices hiding behind six “secret singers,” using their own intuition along with help from a panel of four celebrities. The singers are people from all walks of life: football players, golfers, lawyers, ballet dancers, chefs, firefighters, police officers, etc. Over multiple rounds, contestants eliminate those they suspect are not good singers. Every time they successfully eliminate a bad singer, they win more money. At the end of the show, contestants must decide whether to keep their winnings or bet everything. If the remaining participant from the group of six is a good singer, that week’s contestant wins the jackpot. If not, he or she leaves with nothing. “This Quebec adaptation is the first major variety show Noovo is providing for viewers,” notes Mélanie Bhérer, General Manager, Variety, Lifestyle and Documentary from Bell Media. “With its concept based on comedy, entertainment and mystery, the show is a perfect fit for the channel’s DNA. It’s impossible not to stay hooked until the final reveal right at the end of the show! We have no doubt this major production will delight you week after week. We’re also thrilled to be collaborating with Productions ToRoS on this important project. We know that when it comes to producing a show of this magnitude, they have an exceptional ability to create a thrilling world for viewers.” “Productions ToRoS is delighted with this new collaboration with the Bell Media and Noovo teams. Once again, our team will use its creativity and boldness in this new project. The I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE format has proven itself in several markets already and will offer incredible entertainment to the public next fall,” adds Marie-Pier Gaudreault, Executive Producer from Productions ToRoS I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE is based on a South Korean format from CJ ENM. Distributed by Incendo in Canada and produced by FOX Alternative Entertainment and hosted by Ken Jeong in the USA, the I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE format has been adapted in 16 additional markets around the world, including Finland and China. Its series debut last fall was the United States’ highest-rated unscripted fall debut in nearly three years.  FOX Network recently renewed the program for a second season, which is currently in production in Los Angeles.
