NOVEMBER 10 – HBO Max’s THE BIG BRUNCH *Series Premiere*
- The HBO Max Original cooking competition series THE BIG BRUNCH, created and hosted by Canada’s own Dan Levy, debuts on Thursday, Nov. 10 with the first three episodes, followed by three additional episodes on Nov. 17, and the final two episodes on Nov. 24. The series centres around one of the most versatile, yet underrated dining experiences: brunch. Celebrating inspiring and undiscovered culinary voices from every corner of the U.S., THE BIG BRUNCH gives 10 talented chefs the opportunity to share their stories and business dreams while vying for a life altering $300,000 cash prize. Levy acts as host and judge alongside fellow culinary experts chef Sohla El-Waylly, and restaurateur Will Guidara.
- It’s time to get into the Holiday spirit with Crave, and four new holiday movies dropping Saturday, Nov. 12 and Sunday, Nov. 13. The newest additions to the Crave’s Holiday Romance Collection include: A GINGERBREAD CHRISTMAS, with Tiya Sircar and Marc Bendavid; DESIGNING CHRISTMAS, starring Jessica Szohr, Marco Grazzini, and Hilary Farr; ONE DELICIOUS CHRISTMAS, with Vanessa Marano, Alex Mallari, and Bobby Flay; and A COZY CHRISTMAS INN, featuring FULL HOUSE star Jodie Sweetin, Vivica A. - The HBO Original comedy special LIL REL HOWERY: I SAID IT. Y’ALL THINKING IT., written and performed by actor and comedian Lil Rel Howery, debuts Saturday, Nov. 12 at 10 p.m. ET. Returning to his hometown of Chicago for his second HBO special, actor and comedian Lil Rel Howery brings his signature storytelling style and spot-on impressions to the Chicago Theatre. Howery gets real on topics such as fame, fatherhood, and therapy – and performs sharp satirical takes on prominent figures in pop culture and beyond.
- George Anthony Morton is a classical painter who spent 10 years in federal prison for dealing drugs. While incarcerated, he nurtured his craft and unique artistic ability. Since his release, he is doing everything he can to defy society’s unlevelled playing field, and tackle the white-dominant art world. Now, he is on a journey back to his hometown of Kansas City, where he tries to heal the broken relationship with his mother, and paint family members in the style of the Dutch Old Masters. From HBO Documentary Films, MASTER OF LIGHT premieres Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
