NOVEMBER 25 – HBO’s DMX: DON’T TRY TO UNDERSTAND *Documentary Premiere*
- Part of the MUSIC BOX series, DMX: DON’T TRY TO UNDERSTAND streams Thursday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. ET. Chronicling a tumultuous year in the life of the hip-hop superstar, DMX: DON’T TRY TO UNDERSTAND follows the musician through his 2019 comeback tour “It’s Dark and Hell is Hot”, after serving a year in prison for tax evasion. With archival materials showcasing some of the rapper’s highs and lows over the years, the film focuses on DMX’s struggle to battle his own demons with addiction, the aftermath of an abusive upbringing, his deep faith and belief system, his dedication to his community of fans, his desire to mend bonds with his children, and his efforts to help troubled youth.
NOVEMBER 25 – HBO Max’s GOSSIP GIRL (2021) *Midseason Premiere*
- Season 1 of HBO Max’s GOSSIP GIRL returns with two episodes which are available for streaming now. Developed by showrunner Joshua Safran, a writer and executive producer on the original series, thisextension of the pop culture classic takes us back to the Upper East Side, finding a new generation of New York private school teens being introduced to social surveillance nine years after the original blogger’s website went dark. Part two of GOSSIP GIRL continues to explore just how much social media — and the landscape of New York itself — has changed in the intervening years. GOSSIP GIRL follows a weekly streaming schedule, with new episodes streaming Thursdays.
NOVEMBER 25 – HBO Max’s 12 DATES OF CHRISTMAS *Season 2*
- Nine all-new episodes of the holiday dating series 12 DATES OF CHRISTMAS are available for streaming now. Narrated by Natasha Rothwell (INSECURE, THE WHITE LOTUS), the series follows three singles as they escape to a stunning winter wonderland, each searching for someone special to bring home for the holidays. Season 2 spices up the festive season with even more dating drama, romance, and surprises inside the fantasy lodge.
NOVEMBER 26 – CUSP *Documentary Premiere*
- Showtime’s coming-of-age documentary CUSP joins Crave on Friday, Nov. 26 at 9 p.m. ET. Set in a small military town, three teenage girls open up about their intense emotional lives as they roam bonfire parties, childhood bedrooms, and fast-food spots in the lazy days of a Texas summer. Struggling for agency in a world ruled by toxic masculinity, they rely on their friendships with one another to make the transition to the adult world.
NOVEMBER 26 – DIE IN A GUNFIGHT *Movie Premiere*
- Streaming Friday, Nov. 26 on STARZ and starring Alexandra Daddario (THE WHITE LOTUS) and Diego Boneta (UNDEREMPLOYED) is the romantic crime thriller DIE IN A GUNFIGHT. Mary (Daddario) and Ben (Boneta) are the star-crossed black sheep of two powerful families engaged in a centuries-long feud – and they’re about to reignite an affair after many years apart. Their forbidden love will trigger the dominoes that will draw in Mukul (Wade Allain-Marcus, INSECURE), Ben’s best friend, who owes him a life debt; Terrence (Justin Chatwin, SHAMELESS), Mary’s would-be protector-turned-stalker; Wayne (Travis Fimmel, VIKINGS), an Aussie hitman with an open mind and a code of ethics; and his free-spirited girlfriend, Barbie (Emmanuelle Chriqui, SUPERMAN & LOIS). As fists and bullets fly, it becomes clear that violent delights will have violent ends.
NOVEMBER 26 – HBO’s HOW TO WITH JOHN WILSON *Season 2 Premiere*
- The much-anticipated second season of HOW TO WITH JOHN WILSON drops Friday, Nov. 26 at 10 p.m. ET, with six new episodes. Building upon Season 1, the episodes take unexpected turns, but are grounded in Wilson’s refreshing honesty as he continues his heartfelt mission of self-discovery, exploration, and observation while filming the lives of his fellow New Yorkers and attempting to give everyday advice on six new deceptively simple topics.

- Hosted by Academy Award-winning actress Helen Mirren, the four-part competition series HARRY POTTER: HOGWARTS TOURNAMENT OF HOUSES debuts on Sunday, Nov. 28 at 8 p.m. ET. Nearly two decades since the global critical and box office hit of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, HARRY POTTER: HOGWARTS TOURNAMENT OF HOUSES celebrates the 20th anniversary of the film, and continues the Wizarding World spirit showcasing ultimate fan glory on a never-before-seen scale. NOVEMBER 30 – HBO’s LIFE OF CRIME 1984-2020 *Documentary Premiere*
- A 36-year odyssey into lives plagued by addiction and crime, the HBO documentary LIFE OF CRIME 1984-2020 streams Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. ET. Directed and produced by Emmy Award-winner Jon Alpert (Baghdad ER), LIFE OF CRIME: 1984-2020 tells the full story of three friends from Newark, New Jersey whose lives have been defined by and torn apart by their addictions. With unfettered access, LIFE OF CRIME: 1984-2020 bears witness to each of their journeys in and out of prison, rehab and in occasional jobs as they struggle to end the vicious cycles of drug use and to connect with the families they left behind.
DECEMBER 1 – HBO’s ADRIENNE *Documentary Premiere*
- Debuting Wednesday, Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. ET and celebrating the life and work of actor/filmmaker Adrienne Shelly, is HBO’s ADRIENNE. Shelly starred in over twenty films including Hal Hartley’s indie classics The Unbelievable Truth and Trust. Known for her early ingénue roles, Shelly strove to tell her own female-centric stories, and wrote and directed several movies including the Sundance Film Festival hit, Waitress. Yet, Shelly would not live to see the film’s release, hear the critical acclaim, nor experience the smash Broadway musical based on her work. She was murdered in late 2006, leaving behind her devastated husband, and two-year-old daughter Sophie. Directed by the late-actor’s husband, through candid conversations with family, friends and colleagues, ADRIENNE takes viewers on a poignant journey to share Adrienne’s life story and honour her legacy, while giving a rare window into how a family navigates unfathomable tragedy.
