  • Leading up to the series finale of HBO’s buzzy, critically acclaimed limited series THE UNDOING, TIFF and Crave present an exclusive conversation with director Susanne Bier and actor Noma Dumezweni (“Haley Fitzgerald”). The conversation streams tonight at 7 p.m. ET on TIFF’s Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube channels, and on digital TIFF Bell Lightbox.

  • Following a surprise early drop of the premiere episode on Tuesday, HBO Max’s dark comedic thriller THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT continues with Episodes 2 and 3 streaming Thursday, Nov. 26. Based on the novel by New York Times best-selling author Chris Bohjalia, the series tells the story of Cassandra Bowden (Kaley Cuoco, THE BIG BANG THEORY), a flight attendant who wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed with a dead man, and no idea what happened. Joining Cuoco in this compelling mystery of a night of binge-drinking gone horribly wrong is Michiel Huisman (GAME OF THRONES), Zosia Mamet (GIRLS), Rosie Perez (Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey), and T.R. Knight (GREY’S ANATOMY).

  • SUPERINTELLIGENCE, a new HBO Max Original Film, starts streaming Thursday, Nov. 26. In the action-comedy, nothing extraordinary ever happens to Carol Peters (Melissa McCarthy, Can You Ever Forgive Me?), so when she starts getting snarky backtalk from her TV, phone, and microwave, she thinks she’s being punked or losing her mind. In fact, the world’s first-ever superintelligence has selected her for observation, taking over her life, with a bigger, more ominous plan to take over the world. Now, Carol is humanity’s last chance before this artificial intelligence-with-an-attitude decides to pull the plug. Directed by Ben Falcone (Can You Ever Forgive Me?), McCarthy is joined by James Corden (Cats) and Bobby Cannavale (BOARDWALK EMPIRE).

  • Beginning Thursday, Nov. 26, cozy up with the first three episodes of HBO Max’s 12 DATES OF CHRISTMAS, directed by Sam Dean (LOVE IS BLIND) and narrated by Natasha Rothwell (INSECURE). The holiday dating series follows three hopelessly romantic singles, Faith, Chad, and Garrett, on their journey to meet that special someone and bring them home for the holidays.

  • Hosted by crafting expert and YouTube sensation – and Canadian native – Lauren Riihimaki (aka LaurDIY), two all-new holiday-themed episodes of HBO Max’s CRAFTOPIA begin streaming Thursday, Nov. 26. The two winter spectaculars feature holiday inspired crafting challenges, special guests, and a holiday-themed studio set where “craftestants” fill up their carts with an endless supply of the best materials to compete for a cash prize.

  • Following Monday’s third episode of HBO’s acclaimed new drama series INDUSTRY, the remaining five episodes of Season 1 drop on Crave Friday, Nov. 27. The series, from first-time creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, follows a group of young graduates competing for a limited number of permanent positions at a leading international bank in London. The series stars Myha’la Herrold (The Tattooed Heart), Marisa Abela (COBRA), Harry Lawtey (City of Tiny Lights), David Jonsson (DEEP STATE) and Nabhaan Rizwan (Mogul Mowgli) as “The Graduates” and Conor MacNeill (Artemis Fowl), Freya Mavor (SKINS), Will Tudor (GAME OF THRONES) and Ken Leung (HIGH MAINTENANCE) as “Management.”

  • Academy Award®-winning director Errol Morris examines the notorious high-priest of LSD Timothy Leary through the eyes of his famed lover Joanna Harcourt-Smith in the SHOWTIME documentary MY PSYCHEDLIC LOVE STORY, premiering Sunday, Nov. 29 at 9 p.m. ET. The feature-length documentary film recounts the wild adventures of two seemingly innocent people on the run in an international saga of mystery and lust. But was Leary’s “perfect love” a CIA plant who helped take him down? Or was she simply a rich, beautiful young woman out for the adventure of a lifetime with the man Richard Nixon called “Public Enemy #1”?

  • November 30 is the last day for Canadians to get ready for holiday binge watching with Crave’s Black Friday offer. New and active monthly subscribers have the chance to save 25% when signing on for an annual plan.

  • The HBO documentary BABY GOD premieres Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 9 p.m. ET. The film examines the work of the infamous Nevada fertility specialist Dr. Quincy, a man who deceived countless women struggling to conceive by using his own sperm, without their knowledge or consent, to impregnate them. Directed and produced by Hannah Olson (WHO KILLED MALCOLM X), the documentary follows several of Quincy’s offspring as they grapple with new information about their origins, the scope of Fortier’s misdeeds, and the impact his genes have on how they view their own identities.
What Critics Are Saying about HBO’s BETWEEN THE WORLD AND ME “Director Kamilah Forbes uses the current climate as a backdrop, creating a tapestry of history, art, and images for Coates’ words. Featuring the resounding presences of Mahershala Ali, Angela Bassett, Angela Davis, Jharrel Jerome, Joe Morton, Wendell Pierce, Phylicia Rashad, Mj Rodriguez, Susan Kelechi Watson, Oprah Winfrey, and Coates himself, among countless others, Forbes transforms the author’s work into a visual ode to Black struggle, love, and life.” – Aramide Tinubu, AV Club “BETWEEN THE WORLD AND ME is as layered as the Black experience in America. If you’ve read the book, which is also layered, you should recognize passages from it. But the film brings the book to its own visual life, and does so in a creative, engaging style, speaking to the country’s schizophrenia, and tells the truth about America, because history is often told from records left by the privileged. But even more importantly, it drives home the point that what is primarily and perpetually in danger, the Black body, is also the site of ultimate strength and pride.” -Tambay Obenson, IndieWire Crave Audience Metrics Crave continues to have Canadians covered, delivering the best movies, TV series, and original hits all in one place.
