NOVEMBER 30 – HBO Max’s BOOKIE *Series Premiere*
  • From Emmy®-nominated creator Chuck Lorre (THE BIG BANG THEORY) and Nick Bakay, BOOKIE is a darkly funny comedy that follows veteran Los Angeles bookie Danny (Sebastian Maniscalco), as the potential legalization of sports gambling in California threatens to upend his business for good. Alongside best friend and former NFL player Ray (Omar J. Dorsey), side-hustling sister Lorraine (Vanessa Ferlito), and reluctantly reformed drug dealer Hector (Jorge Garcia), Danny must contend with his increasingly unstable clients as he tries to settle their debts – all while making plenty of risky bets of his own. Full of relatable mishaps, BOOKIE chronicles one man’s journey to adapt to an ever-changing world as he attempts to charm and con his way to the top. BOOKIE premieres with the first two epsodes on Thursday, Nov. 30.
NOVEMBER 30 – SELENA + CHEF: HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS *Season 5 Premiere*
  • SELENA + CHEF: HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS features four, all-new specials with megastar Selena Gomez, beginning Thursday, Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. ET. Gomez is at the top of her game as a musical artist, actor, businesswoman, and philanthropist, but she calls in the experts to help amp up her kitchen skills for the holidays. This year she has invited all-star chefs Eric Adjepong, Alex Guarnaschelli, Michael Symon, and Claudette Zepeda to bring their favorite dishes and culinary wisdom to her home kitchen so they can cook up perfect holiday meals to share with friends and family. The series follows a weekly release schedule, with new episodes streaming Thursdays.
DECEMBER 1 – THE O.C. *The Complete Series*
  • Welcome to “The O.C.,” where the lives of a group of friends and families have forever been changed by the arrival of an outsider to their affluent oceanside community of Newport Beach in Orange County, California. To coincide with the show’s 20th anniversary, stream all seasons and episodes of THE O.C. exclusively in Canada on Crave, beginning Friday, Dec. 1.
DECEMBER 1 – JOY RIDE *Movie Premiere*
  • From the producers of Neighbors and the co-screenwriter of Crazy Rich Asians, JOY RIDE stars Ashley Park, Sherry Cola, Oscar® nominee Stephanie Hsu, and Sabrina Wu. The hilarious and unapologetically explicit story of identity and self-discovery centres on four unlikely friends who embark on a once-in-a-lifetime international adventure. When Audrey’s (Park) business trip to Asia goes sideways, she enlists the aid of: Lolo (Cola), her irreverent, childhood best friend who also happens to be a hot mess; Kat (Hsu), her college friend turned Chinese soap star; and Deadeye (Wu), Lolo’s eccentric cousin. Their no-holds-barred, epic experience becomes a journey of bonding, friendship, belonging, and wild debauchery that reveals the universal truth of what it means to know and love who you are. JOY RIDE streams Friday, Dec. 1 on STARZ.
DECEMBER 1 – STARZ’s POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN *Season 3 Premiere*
  • With emotions high and the stakes even higher, Season 3 returns to Southside Jamaica, Queens, with the Thomas family in turmoil and reeling from the mob’s coordinated attack. Kanan finds himself grappling with the very notions of right and wrong. Good and evil. Fidelity and disloyalty. And he’s not alone. Every member of the Thomas family must confront an existential crisis that challenges their very identity. Whether it’s Marvin, who’s still trying to redeem himself; Raq, who’s finally coming clean; Lou, who’s wrestling with his own evil; or Jukebox, who’s simply trying to break free from her family’s pathology, they are all attempting to redefine and reinvent themselves. MeKai Curtis, Patina Miller, and Tony Danza return, while Wendell Pierce and Erika Woods join the cast for Season 3. Subsequent new episodes of POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN drop Fridays on STARZ.
DECEMBER 4 – HBO’s MURDER IN BOSTON: ROOTS, RAMPAGE, & RECKONING
  • On October 23, 1989, Charles Stuart places a frantic 911 call reporting that he and his pregnant wife — a white couple — have been shot by a Black man. The ensuing investigation ignites decades-old tensions and brutal racial profiling amidst a media firestorm and skepticism about Stuart’s story. Streaming Dec. 4 at 9 p.m. ET, the three-part docuseries MURDER IN BOSTON: ROOTS, RAMPAGE & RECKONING chronicles the complex history of race-based hostilities in the city and how the rush to justice brutalized a community.
